"The manager for your Salt Lake City really mean, disrespectful ,unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate and manage. I don't know how she is allowed to work there. If I could give zero star I would do that. I want immediate owner attention. I want to file a complaint."

"When I first moved here I was in the smallest one bedroom here. I had a hip replacement and Renee was wonderful about making some changes in the apartment to help make my recovery easier. After that my arthritis in my lower back, hands, and feet got so bad I could no longer walk to the laundry room. I went to Renee and Matt about it and instead of having to move some place else the found me a much larger unit with a washer and dryer in it. Mike, maintenance, and his team have been great about getting things fixed for me in a timely manner. I really appreciate all that the staff here has done to make me comfortable. I've been here over a year and I can honestly say I'm at home. Everyone is also a pleasure to work with."

"I’ve been in the riverbend community for 4 months now and i absolutely love it here. it’s quiet and all my neighbors are kind. the pool rarely has anyone in there and it’s amazing. everyone in the leasing office is extremely helpful and prompt to get things done. i’ve recently had two friends that have moved into the complex and they love it just as much as i do!"

"My experience with Renee and Matt have both been positive. Lauras attitude was always rude. A year ago it was quiet and clean and I loved living here. I have a two bed, two bath and I love the spacious bedrooms. I love the kitchen sink. The fridge and stove are black but are outdated. The pantry is a good size. There are no hallway closets which is fine because there is at least a small one in the living room and a good sized one in the patio. The light fixtures and the wall color scheme is beautiful. The floors are laminate and lifting in many areas. Grateful for the new washer and dryer they put in because the old one was horrible. When I first moved in, the washer was so dirty. I had to deep clean it and run through so many empty cycles. The rods in the closet were painted white, I had paint scraping off onto my clothes when I would move the hangers. The windows are large and beautiful but they are an older style and I get outside dirt, inside. So I have to clean them weekly. The outside of the windows are always dirty unless you go out there and clean them yourself. The bathroom tiles are horrible and the caulking is separating everywhere, it makes me feel like its not clean even after I clean it. There is a pest issue, there are an overwhelming amount of spiders, earwigs, and beetles that come inside. I do a walk through in the mornings to keep my daughter safe. Since the pool has opened this summer I have consistently found cigarette buds around the hot tub. People have way more guests than they're allowed to at the pool and some don't supervise their kids. Ive witnessed people drinking beer inside the pool and smoking marijuana in the pool area. The pool and hot tub stay dirty. I like the gym, it stays clean. So many people do not pick up their dog's waste. Its very disgusting and inconsiderate. At times I cant even enjoy walking around the complex with my baby because of these issues. Alot of residents don't leash their dogs. This lady allowed her unleashed dog to run up to me and bark as I was walking to my front door while I had my baby in my arms. She didn't even attempt to recall her dog. Every time the landscapers come, I find leaves and cigarette buds blown into my patio. Its so frustrating, I dont even bother setting up my daughter's toys and water table on the patio anymore. The maintenance supervisor works efficiently. Jeff wouldn't want to fix anything and would tell me it's a cosmetic issue. I feel that if I am paying for a luxury priced apartment then can I expect them not to cut corners everywhere. For example one of my doors is cracked and its hard to open and it makes a loud sound when I do. But since its a "cosmetic issue", he wasn't gonna change it? The screens on the windows are an issue. My bedroom still doesn't have one. I appreciate that they did have a plumber bring the water heater up to code when I requested it. My utility room has been leaking from above and went unfixed for months. They have fixed it a few times but it's been leaking on and off. Just last week it started leaking again and the wood on the ceiling is visibly moist. Theres so much visible mold on the ceiling and on the insulation. I was denied that it was mold and told it was from being old. I know its mold. I requested they have an actual licensed mold removing specialist complete this work. They said they have a general guy who does stuff like this. I dont agree with that. I also dont agree with them wanting to enter when I am not home or without an appointment. I dont feel like making an appointment is an unreasonable request. An appointment is something they could not do when it came around to getting this fixed. I am a full time mom and run a business so an appointment is very necessary. Its never gotten cleaned and now I have mold forming on the roof of the bathroom. I understand managing a complex isnt easy. No apartment is perfect, and I appreciate all the great aspects of living here. I really do hope they can address and correct the current issues because it is a beautiful space."

"Amazing beautiful place. The community is nice and the overall neighborhood isn't really that bad. I've lived here twice now and loved it both times the newly remodeled units are amazing and I love the fire places and hard wood floors. Great place for a family price is a little on the higher side however I feel it's worth it. We have a gym, pool, got tub, and laundry on sight and some units even have laundry in the respective units. The management team are really nice caring and understanding. And the maintenance guys are really cool nice guys who really try their best. We live it here."
