"My boys and I have been at Axis for almost 3 years and have loved it! The location is great, the amenities and features are excellent, and our apartment is spacious and well appointed. Additionally, the management is fantastic--Kiki is friendly, helpful, and always available. She and her team are constantly looking for ways to improve the atmosphere and experience for the tenants. If you're looking for great downtown living in the Granary district, Axis is the place!"

"I’ve been living here two years and just renewed my lease for another year. Love how close we are to everything downtown and the freeways. I’ve had to get a new dishwasher in the unit as well as some basic items getting replaced and they’ve always got it done really quick. The office manager is super nice and easy to talk to. If you’re looking for a place and there are rooms availabile, I’d definitely recommend this one."

"We've lived here for 4 years and love it. Honestly the bad reviews were from a long time ago when we had different property managers. Kathleen is amazing and takes very good care of us here at Axis. I've never had neighbor issues ot noise complaints. The maintenance guy is great as well and keeps our apartment as well as the building well maintained. All in all, it's a perfect location and fun place to live. We get compliments on how nice our apartment is all the time."

"I've been living at axis for a year and just renewed my lease to stay. We love it here! This place is perfect for young adults. We love the location, its perfect for our lifestyles. We are super close to the freeways (literally a block) and also walking distance to the TRAX. Our apartment is in the corner of the building so I have huge beautiful windows outlooking the mountains and downtown Salt Lake. We have a modern kitchen with hard wood floors. Were always getting compliments on the appearance of the place! Also, the management here is rad. Leslie is always so kind and doing everything she can to accommodate and help us. Management is also not up in our business which is nice! Only here when we need them, and maintenance is super nice as well and always on top of it and here when you need him. The building itself does have quite a few problems, we had this leak in our kitchen for a few weeks in the winter but as soon as they figured out what was wrong they were awesome to come and fix all the damage. like I said the maintenance is on top of it here and will always be here so the building issues are never a nuisance. I never leave reviews but I really do love it here and would recommend it to any young adults wanting to live downtown."
