"I’m a new resident and the townhome we moved into was absolutely gorgeous! the only negative thing is when we came to pick up the keys, the office people wanted more than what they asked for until the manager resolved the issue and was able to move in. The washer is out of balance so it shakes aggressively and the fridge light is out. The community is nice and quiet. The parking isn’t bad compared to my old resident. Its nice because everything is closer and the view of the mountains is beautiful too."

"This place is not great! For pretty much most of the summer our entire townhouse was infested with boxelder bugs! They were everywhere!!! We brought this up to the management and they “put us on a list” for an exterminator. Of course an exterminator never showed. Our washer and dryer worked terribly! They did service it once, but it never worked great. One of our neighbor was running an airbnb. It was very loud at odd hours, new people and dogs every couple of days! We have dogs ourselves so we’re animal lovers….but it was so loud! The other neighbors always had cops banging on their doors! So sketchy! The AC and heating never quite made all 3 floors comfortable! Not worth the price y’all!"

"Lived in the townhomes over 2 years and loved it! The units are beautiful and grounds well maintained. The office members and maintenance staff are excellent, they go above and beyond any other landlord. Be cautious when moving out, they do require professional carpet cleaning on their terms and rates. The fees for any holes in the wall from picture/curtain hangings are very steep. Upwards of $300 charge, which is misleading as they mention when touring the unit that it’s acceptable to hang art or decor without charges. Better to fill the small holes yourself or hire someone to repair those at the market standard before turning in keys. Expect to have $400-$500 taken from your deposit for the sneaky fees."

"We moved in a couple months ago and we have had a great experience from day one. The move in process went smoothly and we are loving our place. It’s pet friendly which was a huge bonus for me, they make it just as nice for the dogs as they do for the people. The staff are all very friendly and have been helpful any time we had a question or needed anything. The units are very nice as well. If you are thinking of moving to the community, what are you waiting for?"

This is one of our favorite properties in Draper and the location is awesome with so many shopping and dining options near by. I also love how responsive their maintenance team is, they are the best!
