"Can we talk about how this once luxury apartment is going down hill? Which is a shame because it’s only been open recently. Not sure why or where the ball is being dropped but it needs serious new management. Let’s start off with paying a ridiculous amount for trash pick up and extra amenities as well as extra community trash pick fees when there are literally no public trash cans in high traffic areas. Hence people putting trash in hallways of stairways or other non trash spaces. Trash pick up is not on the weekends and only from 5 to 8 so while it’s not okay, I get why people put trash everyone. Elevators are almost always dirty and smelly and non working. Currently, our elevator has been out since Friday evening with no corporate email or warning. A neighbor mentioned that this place only has 5 starts because people will reach out to them to give them a five star rating. Which makes sense. Floors/carpets are gross and some of the maintaince guys have little experience and just strange. I don’t understand why they say they have cameras but they don’t. Only by the parking lot. Please don’t get sucked in like I did. They’ll say just about anything to get you to sign. I hope I don’t offend anyone. I’m just calling it like it is."
"If I could give less than one star I would truthfully. My boyfriend and I lived here for 6 months and could not have had a worse experience from a “luxury” apartment. Where can I begin? Creepy technicians who ask for personal details (I am a young woman who was alone at the time.), dog feces and piss EVERYWHERE. Even in front of our DOOR. (Me and my boyfriend never had pets NOR babysit any). Trash in the stairways, broken elevators, a constant disgusting mix of weed and pet odors, inattentive front office workers, and predatory move out fees. I personally took special care to make sure I left the apartment spotless but regardless they charged us to have the carpet “cleaned” when we have video proof the day we moved out that we had left the place absolutely spotless. In the pictures below, those were just experiences from the last week we lived there. I did not take pictures of the TWO different dog piss stains in front of my door either. Don’t think I even need to mention how expensive this place was again. Don't bother wasting your money here. Go where they will appreciate your time and effort."
"We worked with Eber and she was the best! She let us see the apartment multiple times and took the time to take us on an in depth tour so we could get familiar with the space. She was so kind and very easy to talk to! She answered all our questions and made sure we had her information to contact her if we thought of any more before we wanted to sign! She was THE BEST! I absolutely recommend asking for her when you tour or have any interaction with the leasing office!"
"We love our home here! Kaili made our move in process easy! She is the Best! There is so much to offer! The gym is open 24 hours & has a great variety of equipment. The gym has 2 private rooms for a cross fit workout & aerobics workout. I enjoy it & use it 4-5days a week. It’s never too crowded. There is covered parking, a pet spa, pool, hot tub, grills, & trash valet. The maintenance crew: Kevin, Bob, Victor, & Parker do an amazing job! Repairs are fixed in a timely manner & walkways are kept clean & safe . I would like to thank the cleaning gal for doing a great job with keeping the elevators clean too!"
"Do not move here!!!! We are paying over 1,500 a month for a studio apartment. They are not honest with you about the extra charges they charge you prior to moving in. We’ve had our car broken into along with other tenants that have had the same situation and nothings been done about it. Three months after moving in our heater got turned off with many other tenants with no notice from the office! They also towed our car from the parking garage we pay monthly for because we didn’t have a car “parking pass”, when I first moved in the office gave me an app to download so I can open the garage from my phone and said not to worry. Yet when I told them it was their fault we didn’t have a parking pass they acknowledged it was their own fault from the beginning yet still made us pay the 400.00 to get our car out of the towing lot. Not to mention my apartment flooded massively the first 3 hours I moved in, and they said they would upgrade us because of our troubles and never did. The parking garage also flooded. I have videos of this that I wish I could post on here. When I went back in after they “fixed it” there was still massive puddles of water in my living room. After I said I’d like the upgrade I was told I’d get they said they said no such thing (but I have the texts with them saying I could) They said they offered me a hotel that night as well but that wasn’t true!!! These people are very unprofessional and massive habitual liars! DO NOT move here!!!! They also gave us an eviction notice when it wasn’t even the right date to send it and it got us panicked. I have the letter and the date and we sought out professionals to help us see if this was legal and it wasn’t!!! They can not give you an eviction notice when it’s not the actual due date for an eviction!!! PS don’t believe the good reviews a couple months after moving in they were promoting a money give away if we wrote a good review as tenants because they had so many bad reviews before and people just taking the eviction to get out of this dump they needed help getting their reviews back up!…. AND NOW THE OWNER is charging us extra for the electric in the common area ON TOP of just paying for it monthly in general!!! The owner of this place a a greedy money pig!!!!"
