"I love the staff. I’ve been here now a year. Maintenance is on top of things. If an issue needed attention they fix it right away. Location is perfect and loads of extras."
"My Mother in law was living here and just an fyi the rent does increase around 100 per year. We also missed the fact that you have your own apartment utilities but also building utilities. We saw multiple added costs administrative, parking spot increases garbage service increase but the most disappointing was that our deposit was almost entirely taken when the unit was professionally cleaned including carpets no wall damage or damage of any kind left. We were told it had to be professionally cleaned and the carpets done even though we had it done before turning over keys. It was returned cleaner than received. We also gave them notice we could move out 2 and a half months earlier but they didn’t seem to care or list it for rent."
"My parents live here and the facility is very clean and well kept both inside and outside the building. Parking is hard to come by though when random people park in my parents parking spot. The staff are very attentive and kind. They also have activities and celebrations for the residents."
"There is a great energy here in The Ivy at Draper. That is the first thing I noticed when I moved here 3 1/2 days ago. The staff here are all very friendly. Annette, one of the staff members, is very helpful in answering questions and helping me to navigate this new to me environment. The tenants here are all very amicable and caring as well. I've met several tenants who have been residents here from as recent as three months and as long as 7 years. They all tell me they love it here or are very happy here at The Ivy. Each day I am here, I understand why. 'Love the vibe, 'love the people, and love the space... It's a lovely place and I can see myself calling this home for a long time."
"I lived here for the past 3 years and the apartment is very nice with modern interiors and very spacious. They've added a lot of amenities like a cafe, salon, and lounge room. The staff is kind, especially Annette and Christian. It has a very close proximity to parks and trails, great for walking and taking my dog on adventures. The community is full of friendly neighbors and I'll be sad to leave them behind."
