"This place would be so much nicer if they'd go to Costco and replace the lights in the pool's ceiling. It could be a lovely pool & spa. Warm water walk into the pool. Also grab some bleach for the pool lip and just a few tile replacements. A little goes a long way. Otherwise, a little noisy with the highway traffic but not bad. The real gems of this hotel is the water slide behind it. Closed for the season but looked fabulous, Aquarium is directly across the hwy, & The Black Bear restaurant across the parking lot. A must eatery if in the neighborhood. FANTASTIC food & service. Also located near many of the usual shops if you need something."

"high value place to stay while visiting family. clean & comfortable. Nice & quiet when water park closed. Facility starting to show it's age. Staff very helpful. Restaurants easily within couple minutes walk. Will stay again when in the area. :-)"

"It's clean but understaffed, and the cost cutting measures aren't pleasant. The toilet paper is literally thinner than any tissue. You would blow your nose. The toilet paper is literally thinner than anything you would blow your nose with, it was so uncomfortable! They also give you a very minimal amount of towels which are also thin and don't absorb much. We had a handicapped room and the way the shower is designed the water goes all over the floor. There were barely enough towels to dry ourselves and safely walk in the room, no floor mat provided. And the water in the shower wound up cold as ice, one out of three of the days because of repairs in the system, but no warning was given to the guests. Last, if the hotel is even close to booked, there will be no parking in the parking lot, and you will have to walk across the street in the snow from the upper level of the parking garage."

"I've stayed at this location twice, both times for 3 nights. I've found everyone from the Front desk agent to Housekeeping and the breakfast attendant to be very accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are well maintained and heated even on a 27° evening. The rooms are clean, well-furnished and comfortable. This location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I usually pass on the complimentary breakfast however this locations breakfast is comparable to a Comfort Inn as far as quality and selection."
