"I've lived here for over three years and it's been a great place for my kids and I! It's quiet and peaceful, and both the residents and staff have been phenomenal. Draper can be an expensive place to live, and I have to be here for my kid's schools. These apartments are by far the most affordable in the area, year after year- but it doesn't feel like anything is sacrificed in that affordability. The grounds are clean and beautiful, and the amenities rival every new "luxury" apartment's in the area. Our maintenance manager Admir has come to knock on my door within 10 minutes of any maintenance request I've ever had- seriously he's that good! Him and his crew have quickly and efficiently taken care of every issue, and the property genuinely feels safer with them out and about most days. My boyfriend once needed to grab something from my car, and Admir was so quick to make sure he was allowed to be in it lol. I've never had any issues with my car being broken into, not have I heard of anyone else's car being broken into. I haven't ever had a package go missing, this place just feels safe Celeste and Cynthia in the leasing office have always been wonderful to work with as well, from my very first interaction with them. They've been really helpful in explaining things and working through any issues. They have truly gone out of their way to help me many times and are great resources. We've gone through a a few different management companies, but their presence navigating those changes has made it easier. Eventually I hope to own a home, but in the meantime I'm happy to call this place it!"

"I'm a new resident to the property, I have been here for a little over a month now. The apartment was in perfect condition when we moved in, the leasing office staff has been nothing but great from the application process to now. I'm in love with the grounds maintance really does a great job always clean no trash or little pieces of paper. I have had the please to speak maintance and they have been so great they answer my questions and always have a smile. So far this has been a great move to a fantastic property. One more thing that makes me so happy the pool is always open and clean. That is a huge benefit."

"My experiences with Heritage for many years has been great. Cynthia in the office has been very nice, agreeable and positive. Admir is great. He always takes care of any issues or problems quickly and efficiently. He does yard and parking lot maintenance well and timely. Great people and great community."

"My honest review is don’t move here till they get things figured out and learn how to prioritize there residents and there safety before buying things that don’t help the apartments at all like remodeling the office that money could have gone towards making sure we as residents are safe and protected as well as our vehicles parked outside for those of you who don’t know there was a shooting a couple months back and there have been break ins to vehicles mine included. Mail theft which the apartments said they won’t do anything about even though my downstairs neighbors admitted to it I’ve been here for 4 years the only good thing is admire he’s amazing and takes care of everything right away"

"THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A PLACE TO LIVE! I moved out a few months into my leasing contract due to some issues with the roommate I had. Number 1 they were very rude and even though I was not the main lease holder they would not let me end my half of the lease. They would not let me get a new roommate for her nor fight for my rights in living there. They made me payout almost $4,000 for who knows what reason. They took my key away even though I had access to the apartment still. After many threats I gave up. This place will not treat you or your money right and the new management is absolutely horrible. I’m normally not the type of person to write a review but I recommend staying far away from this place! Not only to mention there’s lots of crime and they do not do anything about it we have police or ambulances and fire department there at least once a week! This place is horrible and the “manager” Barbara is ridiculous."
