"I wish I could give 0 stars. The only reason they have a decent amount of stars on here is because they entice tenants to write good reviews in exchange for entering raffles. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews, The people were coerced into doing them. Make sure you buy plenty of cleaning supplies because you more than likely will not be moving into a clean apartment. But don’t worry, when you move out you will be bled dry in their “cleaning fee’s”. We have clear proof of dated photos from the day we moved in of showing no signs of being cleaned. I’ve never met a more incompetent office staff. Not to mention extremely unprofessional and impersonal. Sam, the manager has no business having this job. He has it due to family connections which is clearly ill advised considering he doesn’t have a clue of how to run a complex. Parc West went downhill very quickly when he was put in change about a year ago. Just a very unpleasant human being. He does not hold eye contact while taking to tenants, he deflects questions and talks in circles around you and your concerns. Roxy, another employee is also a terrible asset. An example off of the top of my head was her accusing me of having chewed baseboards when I moved out. Which I did not, and disputed it with her until she admitted she was referring to the wrong apartment. If you’re going to try to fine someone for something in their apartment make sure you are correct. When we brought up our apartment being uncleaned and having photos of proof, she dismissed the concerns by changing the subject. I swear you would think their staff meetings train them on how to deflect any kind of question or concern. Mark the maintenance guy is excluded from the awful employee group. He is FANTASTIC. Super friendly and attentive. I am so excited to have moved away. Want my advice? Head over to any other apartment instead of Parc West."

"Maintenance was great! They were at my apartment in the time frame they said and quickly figured out the issue. It was resolved within just a couple hours. One of the works even brought my dogs treats to make them more comfortable which i thought was amazing!!"

"We moved into Parc West in August and have loved living here! The living space is bright and spacious, the maintenance guys are super nice and quick to respond, there's social activities available if that interests you. Also, the clubhouse and gym are great! We also love the Amazon lockers provided for packages - makes it easy to ensure that packages are safe! We love Parc West!"
