"I moved in December and no one was addressing my concerns until Jennifer took over. She helped me with some of my concerns but the floor still needed to be resolved, due to it being short staffed I understood. Given this was a while back and now we are back to no communication. My floor had an internal leak, they just let the water dry out internally and their is a big bump in my kitchen floor where I have had guest trip over it and so far no one has tried to address this or contact me. I am unable to use the AC and inside my apartments it’s 80 degrees now."

"They don't take care of your maintenance requests. I placed a maintenance request more than a month and a half ago regarding my washing unit in my apartment and it is still not fixed. When I contacted them regarding this they replied to me telling me to use other laundry services like Laundromat. They say they'll take care of it but they don't."

"I currently live here and unfortunately every package that gets delivered outside of my mail box gets stolen no one helps and I can’t figure out the ring app since I didn’t install it... pretty bummed I’ve lost multiple items and the lady is impossible to get ahold of for help. Obviously unsafe due to thieves or neighbors, spotted homeless people in the trash twice."
