"I gave them my $435 security deposit, they cashed it out and let me wait for 2 months without giving me the studio i applied for. They lied to me and wasted my time for nothing. I have a very disappointing experience with that place. They put up a studio for rent that is not ready yet and keep receiving people application and money for it. That is very dishonest and unfair. Why would someone put up a place that is not ready for rent on the marketplace place and keep taking people's money for it? To me it is lying and stealing from people. I would never recommend anybody to go apply in that place. I had to go back and forth for so many times without being satisfied and ended up retrieving my application."

"Owners refuse to fix the call box. It has been broken for a year or more. Say they don’t have the budget for it when they do. My apt in infested with cockroaches and beetles. 2 floors directly down from mine has a bed bug problem. There is always trash in the garage and there are many other issues that don’t get fixed. Yet they will raise your rent or washer dryer charges any time they want and yet we don’t get new ones or any new or improved amenities and I have yet to see improvements with my cockroaches in my apartment. They are also trying to get the residents this month to give 5 star reviews by winning a gift basket. So take that for what it’s worth. Do I like my apartment here. Yes. But management and ownership needs fixed. So does the call box and bug problems."

The building is super secure. They have an expectation of cleanliness and respect that I admire. Also have some income restricted units when available which is super nice and the application process is super easy and fast"
