Morton Meadows

"I just moved in to Morton Meadows a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it here. I was in a rough spot and Carmen did everything she could to help me out and get me and my kids in before Christmas. She even got us a Christmas tree! The apartment is clean and we're loving the new ac/heating units. 10/10 would recommend!"

"the company that owns Morton meadows is very shady . before we first moved in they told us that all we had to pay was the electricity because we are on housing . but they did not tell us they put in our lease a clause that allows them to change certain rules and charge different fees anytime they want. well the last month or to . ever since they came under " new management" they started charging us for all kinds of fees like parking and a bunch of stupid stuff to many to list or remember . anyways yesterday on 12/21/23 they had new central air units installed. and now property management wants to charge us 50 dollars just because we did not take our window ac's out. they are doing all this because they wanted to kick my dad and i out just because my dad and i argue and yell sometimes. each time they charge us 20$ for the "violation notice" and i yelled and cussed outside once or twice. even though i have the right to freedom of speech but its ok for kids to scream out side, but i cant because someone did not like the words that i said. but they know they are not in the right . so they want to evict my dad and i out, my dad who has ms around christmas time, for non payment of rent! and all of theses fee's! . so we did not loose our housing they agreed to and told us and our housing manger they would change it to a nuisance case not a non payment case. and we would be out at the end of this month on 12/31/23! and we made this deal on 12/20/23 went in to sign the agreement on 12/21/23. and pay the fees they said we owed and agreed to make payments for their attorney fees. which is over 1000$ but they lied to us. but because us and our housing manager was lied to by the property management and their lawyers . our housing manger told us it was ok, to pay the fees sign it and we would still have our housing. but today on 12/22/23 after they gave my dad to his face a 50 violation for us not taking our window ac's out and lied to us about our eviction case it was suppose to change to a nuisance case, but they changed their minds. not only that they gave pest control keys to our apartment and allowed them to open up our door illegally to let them self's in which i recorded. all they do is bully tenants and evict those who stand up for themselves. they also illegally let bail enforcement in who looking for my girlfriend after they lied to come into my apartment saying there was a leak."

"DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews because wow this is the worst apartment complex ever. When I moved in so many things were already broken. Multiple windows, pipes duct taped together with garbage bags, blinds broken/missing. My WiFi cables to the apartment were all cut, I put in multiple work orders about a month ago and no one has responded no one cares. The water only gets hot for like 3 minutes, the front gate is broken none of the codes to the doors work. My downstairs neighbor apartment flood anytime we use water and so we haven’t done dishes in weeks to help them out because the management won’t fix the FLOOD in their apartment. When I was moving in my family found multiple shanks around the parking lot. So if this doesn’t tell you what an awful place this is i dont even know what will. They do not deserve even a star and I dont know if I need to flood their reviews telling the truth to get them to fix my neighbors apartment but will do if needed. Do not live here I can’t wait for my lease to be up."
