"Do not rent from this place! They don't fix anything that is wrong with the place. Like the doors and your key fob not working, but will fine you if you make it so you can get back inside when you take your dog out to pee. Security will not let you back in the building if you don't have your fob and make you call someone to let you in. Even if you don't have a phone they won't let you in. If they don't like the look of someone they will trespass that person and then tell you they will evict you if you let them in again. I was late on rent one month because I had been sick dealing with things in the hospital I talked to them and I thought they were working with me only to be served papers. So I talked to the lawyers because I have a 6 year old and the they said if I can pay I can stay. Which was heartbreaking because they wanted almost 1500 over what I owed. But I got the money together before the date they said I had to. Do I called up the lawyer only to be told management is going to only evict me I had no way to pay and stay. I did everything they asked and brought to me attention. I was late on one rent payment but like I said I got the money to pay it all plus lawyer fees and they still wouldn't take it. Meaning they wanted me out for some reason that they only know. Do not move in here the whole staff is horrible. They are not human beings because I don't know a single human being that would evict someone who had all the money they told him he could pay to stay only to tell the lawyers only evict. After I just went through 2 months of health and hospital stuff. With my 6 year old being thrown on the street also. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!"

"We love our apartment. Every morning they are sweeping and mopping the hallways. Maintenance comes immediately. Shelly in the office works very hard for people. Fantastic security."

"Management here does not hear about anything. My apartment has been flooded with feces. And they didn't even send anybody to clean it out. This is the third time has happened and they don't care. I was never given the property corporate number. I can honestly say only one of the property managers tried her best to help me. She gave me money out of her pocket to do laundry. I truly appreciate her and her generosity. However, at the end of the day, I lost more than that what she gave me for laundry."

"I went to do a walkthrough of the property and an apartment. I love how clean the grounds outside and inside were. Also inside the apartment was very clean and you could tell maintenance did a very good job at updating the apartment. The faculty and staff were very kind as well. If you are looking for a very nice and friendly place to live, I’d definitely have river rock apartments on your list!"

"UPDATE: The new property management team are working diligently to clean up River Rock and make it safe and decent low-income housing. Conditions have improved dramatically since I posted this review in 2022 and will likely continue to improve. _____________ Absolute filth. This place is poorly maintained. The front yards are full of trash, cigarette butts, needles, shopping carts, and poop. There is drug dealing and use, violence, and much more. Doors are unlocked 24/7 allowing anyone to come inside and do anything they want, day and night. The owners seem to not care at all about this place."
