"This building is very well kept and the front office is quiet and pleasant. The staff was very kind and all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The tour of the facility was thorough and informative (unfortunately I didn't get to see a unit because they were all occupied, but they had some very nice photos online of the units). While applying for a new apartment is not usually a quick process, they handled it timely but without skipping over any details or questions I had. Very pleased with my experience"

The staff has a positive disposition that allow residents to be heard openly and fairly. They accepts pet (breed restricted), and have in ground parking secured by garage doors. Video surveillance and a security company monitor the property. This building is located on one of the most highly trafficked intersections in the city. 600 South is a one-way freeway access streets and State Street cuts through the entire valley. This Urban dwelling has big city appeal. There is a modern well equipped fitness room with 24 hour access and an Office space with some terminals and decent hours. High end gas grills are are custom built on one of the 4 spacious raised patios decks in the building. [They are now open generous hours]"
