"I'm not one to write reviews So this is not good. Heat was very very loud had to leave it off at night. breakfast was cold scrambled eggs and sausage 8 out of 9 days.Ants in bathroom.Only plus side was great bed and location."

"No AC! My room has been near 80 degrees for two days. The front desk staff feined being helpful, but stated that the manager would not return any phone calls or texts. So if you like a sweltering hot room with windows that don't even open, this place is for you. If not there are lots of other reasonably priced options in the downtown area."

"Incompetent staff. Had to talk to the guys at the front desk about 3 times about the AC not working and every time they would give me a different excuse. They offered a compensation but the manager never showed up after a horrible night I approach the lady at desk and suddenly they don’t have AC in the building only a heater. They say you get what you pay for but now they would have to pay me to go back. Ruined my whole trip."

"The room was spacious and well equipped. Clean and neat upon my early arrival. The bed was fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing and helpful beyond words. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my service dogs. All the staff is friendly and considerate. They are incredibly sweet n understanding, I will definitely stay again..."

"Andree was amazing and so kind and courteous he was very helpful when checking us in I was going back-and-forth to the Huntsman cancer Institute for breast, cancer, screening, and test results. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. My room was clean it was comfortable. The breakfast was really good. I will definitely recommend this motel to everyone."
