"The location and price are great, as is the staff! The rooms are comfortable but outdated. The hallways are quirky; you’ll find you can’t get to and from your room without going up and down some stairs in addition to the elevator. Rooms on the south side have nice views, but those on the north face a close brick building."

"Very clean and homey inn. Welcoming front desk, responsive communication and many amenities in a safe quiet location downtown. We really enjoyed the sofa and TV accessibility. Very short walk to downtown. We had a corner unit studio and the kitchen was clean and it even had pots to use along with a microwave, mini fridge, stove top, sink and dishwasher."

"I’ve been reluctant to post this review bc the selfish part of me wants it to remain a hidden gem. By far the most peaceful, quiet, and affordable lodging we’ve had the pleasure of staying at! Bear in mind however, such is the case bc it’s primarily for adults (and perhaps quiet, content kids). No pool or HT; but a nicely appointed fitness center, ice and vending machines, and a coffee/social lounge. CS was great. Our room was very spacious, clean, super quiet (literally never heard a sound), fully stocked kitchen, cozy furnishings and tasteful accoutrements. Location is perfect bc it’s downtown, but off the beaten path so no worries of riffraff. LDS (Mormon) Church security rather pleasant and professional if you’re fortunate enough to encounter them. We absolutely look forward to returning here!!"

"The room was better than the online pictures showed. The location is fantastic (would be better if Temple Square wasn't under construction). It's easy to get around by car, walking, or those motorized scooters. The bed was probably the worst part, it was hard and sqeaky like no other. They have movies that you can rent for a $1, but its juat easier to watcha streaming service. The check out you have to make sure you clean the room a little like doing the dishes and taking out your own trash, otherwise they will charge you a cleaning fee because the room was "trashed". We stayed in the studio room which was perfect for 2 people trying to stay on a budget."

"Disappointed. Extremely small soap. Notes/signs to direct you how to serve yourself. No in-room coffee. No info on where the coffee was (found it by accident on my way to buy a cup). No info on a possible ice machine. There was a note to fill the dishwasher before leaving, but it was already full from whoever stayed there the last time. High price, no service. Oh, don't check in after 6pm."
