"Very disappointed in how business is handled at these apartments. My mother in law came in a few months ago they told her to come back and fill out an application when she actually turns 62 years old but no one has literally been available for 2 weeks! Not answering phones, left multiple voicemails, nor has anyone been physically available for 2 weeks? Does anyone even work in a office there? The most frustrating situation trying move a 62 year old Senior citizen into a nice apartment with the feeling of being avoided. The most horrible service in Edmond, OK."
