The staff here is amazing, such good people that know their jobs and do them well. The manager Tobey is always a big delight and very professional and proficient. "Finally rid of this leasing Agency. Tobey is unprofessional, and has made light of my disabilities several times. Roaches and pest control does nothing. Any properties managed and owned by LYNCO are slums, so do your research before leasing with apartments in the Edmond area. They also own University Park and North place apartments, which are just as bad if not worse since you have to deal with Tobey no matter which one you go to. I hated living here and I'm glad to finally be out."

"If you are looking for a place, I would recommend looking elsewhere! This is by far the worst management team I have ever dealt with. Tobey is Very unprofessional! 5 out of the 24 months I've lived here! I was blindsided with unexpected charges to my rent! Every time I was able to Contest them and everytime I had my rent receipts in order to prove that I owe nothing more then what was agreed to in my lease! You will pay just as much anywhere else as you will here! 800 a month, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, 3 washers and 3 dryers for the entire complex and they barely work. I have to dry my clothes 3 to 4 time just to make sure they are dry. NO central ac, and the heater hasn't worked since Tobey Supposably had someone make it more energy efficient. Pest control is a joke. BEWARE!!! if Toby is refused access to your apartment for any reason whatsoever! you will receive a lease violation, with every box checked. She does not care if you have children. pesticides will have to be sprayed even though pest control themselves suggests otherwise! I am glad to be out of this place. Trust me. You can tell what reviews are fake. Also I was told if I gave a good review. I'd receive a $5 gift card to Starbucks. Lol you can keep it! I'd rather leave a honest review. This is not a place to bring your family. Good luck to anyone that gives this place a try. And I pray for all the families that are in a hard situation that need something quick, just know God is their and God will always be there for you!"

"I live at University Park, managed by Tobey from Christopher place, and it's been great. We've been here 6 months already, and we've had no issues! If we had maintenance items to be fixed, we would get an email to find a time that would be okay for them to come by, and it was fixed. Had some trouble with a neighbor when we first moved in, but she helped us and supported us while dealing with them. They just recently had a team come in and check all air filters and make sure insulation was still holding up well. I've never been in a place that did that! Great place to rent, great price, and excellent management! Tobey and Ernestina are great folks!"
