"Last night my door fob decided it wasn’t going to work anymore so the maintenance charged me 50$ to get into my apartment because it was “after hours” I was told key fobs are only good for 365 days and it’s “our responsibility” to know that. We had our fobs replaced as I lost one in November of last year so the reset point WASNT on our lease renewal as it should be. Absolutely insane that they have technology that tells them when our fobs will expire but don’t send out emails or text reminders. I would have no issue getting it reprogrammed HAD I KNOWN it was going to go out. I’ve spent over 20k in rent here and yeah it’s only 50$ but it’s the principal of the matter."

"I drove 6 hours to come see this place, nice first impression, but I put my money down everything changed for the worst. I was told the availability for a unit, even looked at it. A couple days later told it wouldn't be available until later. Already at the end of my window with the original date, I would be homeless with all my stuff and dogs moved out of my current apartment due to this change. Because they caused so much stress and headache for me, didn't work with me to give me the original date. No one at corporate ever called me back I tried every extension. I also left messages and to this day no one's ever called me back. This is your warning that as soon as you put your money down they don't care about you or how you move in or the dates you chose. *Even after you fixed it back to the original date the damage was already done to causing stress and anxiety. It took about a week for someone to figure it out and fix it which is why I was calling corporate to get help. Good luck applying for this apartment! If I were you I'd stay away. They can keep the money I put down of course but I would have never applied had I known this would happen. Oh also there's issues with the software once you pay them. That's another big deal isn't it knowing where your money is going you make a payment and they say it's not paid on their end good luck with that one too that's a huge No-No and should be fixed immediately. Not sure if corporate cares hopefully they see this and fix it. This is not a one-time issue with the software I was told about another story of other people having issues which is why I say good luck to any tenant applying to live here."

"I’ve enjoyed living here so much, I renewed my lease. The property is well kept, it’s quiet, safe, gated and they’re always out picking up trash, the maintenance is answered in a timely manner. The amenities are nice, and the homes themselves are too. Not to mention they aren’t Case Associated. A huge plus for me. The office staff is very nice as well, they communicate with the residents very well, They have pool parties, food trucks, etc also. I do find having a trash compact up front a very good thing, as it keeps the community looking a clean, without dumpsters and helps with bugs. A bit of a hassle but smart idea."

"Love our Apartment and staff, every one is very helpful and respectful. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. I'm happy to call this place my home, this will be our second time leasing here and it has been the best decision. And as of now we rate these apartment a 10/10."

"The staff is super friendly; always with a smile in their faces. They listen to you if you have a complaint and take action. Patrol comes in a timely manner if needed too. It is a very familiar apartment complex to live and maintenance staff responds quickly to your maintenance requests (even during night hours). For sure, it is a great place to live!"
