Maintenance staff was very helpful during my move in and acted promptly to an emergency water leak on the weekend. Anytime I have had an issue, the maintenance team and front desk do everything they can help resolve it in a timely manner, while being easy to communicate with. I love knowing I can walk my dog and wave at each of them and get the friendliest smiles and waves back. The grounds are lovely and really close to multiple walking trails. My neighbors are always sitting on their patios and just having a great time. Overall I just have loved calling this my home and I plan to be here until I am able to get a down payment for a house of my own."
