College View Apts Office

"Not a great place if you can’t breath in your own home. Or feel safe. I wake up with things misplaced in my house my body aches and reeks of cigarette smoke. Important documents come up missing and chemical smells reeks over entire apt. Windows stay open which make me feel extremely unsafe. People drive around and walk around all night. I’ve reported every issue and concern to management along with law enforcement and the fire department and I still haven’t found a a resolution or anyone willing to help. My key was given out to a third party and my personal information like social security number and birthday was left on my front door in a letter by management. My birth certificate and my sons social came up missing. I have people who live next door purposely opening my door while I’m home and pretending that they thought this was their friends house. There’s not much i can do if Law enforcement or management aren’t doing anything and seem like their assisting in these crimes. I am afraid at night i wake up with bruising on my body pulled hair and foreign substances placed around my house. I don’t feel like I have any privacy and my life if is in danger. I have to stay wearing a mask in my house bc of the smells being passed in my home."

You will enjoy living here because Maintenance is always Friendly and Helpful, You will always see Mike and Brett working to keep these Apartments ready for You to move in and they keep things running smooth. I have appreciated being a resident here for quit a few years and like that the yard is always neatly mowed and atmosphere is usually quiet and neighbors kind. Check it"

"This apartment is really clean and well kept with all new windows. A lot of green space between buildings make you feel like living in a park. It's community that everybody say hi to everyone. Most of the tenants are being here for over 3 years or longer because of treated well and reasonable rent price. The landlord recently rebuilt the laundry room and brought in all new Speed Queen equipment. Rooms are big and its close to down town Edmond too. Since the government subsidy single moms at this complex, personal life details are asked just to be qualify for the discounted price. I am speechless about those applicants who complaining about being asked personal questions they should go ahead and pay full price."

"Apartment owner and management want to know too many private details of your life. Maintenance spreads gossip among tenants. Tenants are asked personal details about neighbors and the ones who talk are showed favoritism."
