"I don't know why this place has 4 stars because they will tell you one thing and do another. This place has added random charges to my rent every month and each month it becomes more. It doesn't make sense. If you want to live here, don't. Live somewhere else, because you will be stuck in your lease dealing with money hungry people. Once I move out, I am leaving. Don't ever stay here. You will regret it."

"Leaving a review because it was the main way I sorted through apartments for months. First off, BF and I moved in 3 days ago. This is our very first time getting an apartment and the Villas were so amazing and patient with us to make sure we understood all the processes and steps that it takes to move in. Parents told us to be wary of any place that has a lot of reviews about customer service rather than the apartments... but let me tell you, THEY EARNED THEM. Our leasing agent Anna, among the many others that helped us, were so above and beyond amazing with us and I could tell that it was genuine and I feel comfortable putting my trust in them. I'd also like to note that I am not compensated for leaving a review and these are truly my thoughts. Apartments: We have a 2 bd 2bth and they are very nice. No apartment is going to be perfect but there really isn't anything huge to complain about. There was an issue our first day and we had to switch apartments last minute, and Anna made it so easy to get things switch over and we were in our new apartment same day and it was better than we expected. We even got a sweet welcome gift and which was just the icing on the cake. The only thing that suprised us is there is no over head lights in the bedrooms (saw during our tour but we forgot), but that's and easy fix to buy a lamp. Our bedroom easily fits a king bed, large dresser, and 2 nightstands with plenty of walking space around. Kitchen has awesome storage and space. We love the fact that we have a large balcony with a storage area for easy access. Area: Parking is easy, and there's plenty of space to park right by our apartment. Of the neighbors we met, they've all been nice and even offered to help with move in. Honestly seems like a hidden gem in the commercial area of Moore. We were a bit cautious, being right next to I-35 but so far it's proved to not be an issue, and we can't really hear it inside of the apartment. The complex is not gated but the church next door has a fence so it technically is on one side. I like being a little away from food and shopping because it's not super busy traffic wise, and it's only a 5 or so minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Closing thoughts: Like I said, we moved in 3 days ago so we are fairly new to the complex, but I will update at the end of our lease. So far are in love with this place and any issues we have come across has been attended to quickly. Any bad review about electric is not a Villas issue, that's through OG&E, and water/sewage is based on usage so if it's high then that's a personal issue in my opinion. As for "hidden fees", the ones we paid were pretty standard like admin and the deposit which were low compared to other places we looked into. We have a security system, sprinklers, and a courtesy patrol so I do feel safe living here so far. Haven't had a chance to use the facilities but the workout room looks well kept and will definitely be using the pool in May. Truthfully, the Villas were upfront and honest with us from the start, which is rare in today's world. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family."

"Rent in 2023. $1200 for a 2 bedroom,2 bath, water is included. No roaches, mouses, etc. Washer and dryer included, patio, small storage outside, vaulted ceilings, valet trash everyday except Sunday and holidays. Any time ive had a maintenance request they handled it that day and correctly the first time. They have a small gym, 1 small pool that can get packed, and closed frequently due to "difficulty leveling chemicals", they have onsite activities biweekly, parking has never been a problem, staff is nice and helpful, dog park, the landscaping is kept up, esthetically pleasing and no trash flying around. Great water pressure, hot water never runs out. Only set back is the sinks, cabinets and tubs are old; theyve spraycoated the sinks and tubs and it chips and us yucky looking after about 6 months.Oh, homeless do come and rummage through big trash so shred important mail. The paint is fresh on the walls and trim, the blinds are modern. Overall, ive enjoyed my stay here and feel safe and content ☺"

"I’ve lived here about 2 months now and everything’s been great. The leasing office is phenomenal and the lease signing and move in was really quick and simple. It’s a quiet complex, I don’t hear anything at all, including my neighbors. my only qualm about this place is the fact that people don’t know how to pick up after their dogs so it can get quite disgusting. One of my big things about moving here was the dog park and the state of it is absolutely atrocious. There’s no room for your dog to play because it’s covered all over with dog poop, despite there being plenty of doggy bags to use. That says a lot more about the people who live here than the complex though, although I do wish the complex would clean up the dog park (since your own neighbors can’t clean up after their dogs) more frequently so my dog and I can enjoy it. Overall though, I like living here."

"I just moved in here and it has already been great. The apartments have a security system and are spacious enough to feel like a home. The problems we noticed with the apartment during our walk around were quickly resolved and the staff has been incredibly helpful. Jen has been amazing to talk to since our initial meeting almost a month ago. She is well prepared and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex for anyone interested."
