"The pool and hot tub are very dirty and hot tub does not turn on. The tile was really dirty. The water was dirty and cloudy. Do not recommend staying here. Very disappointed. It was a waste of money. The staff was great but would not go back to any of their properties."

"Terrible experience overall. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband went to check in, we had booked online the week prior. Pat, an older African American employee at the front desk, was very rude right off the bat. We were informed she didn’t have any rooms available. We booked a double Queen suite. She tried turning us away. My husband asked if she has any other rooms available and she finally said she can give us someone else’s room that hadn’t showed up yet and would offer us 15% off of a less quality room. I booked our double Queen suite online for $113/night. She tried charging us $156 + tax. I showed her my confirmation with the online price I booked it for and she made a remark oh I can’t do that, I’m pretty much giving the room away at that rate. We went ahead and took the room so we wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of trying to find another hotel. Fast forward we left for dinner and we were gone maybe 45 minutes. She called twice and keep in mind this is a pet friendly hotel, she called me saying my dogs were barking and she was calling the police on us. They weren’t even my dogs and she charged our card an extra $50. Our boys were looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool and the water was so cold that they couldn’t swim. Just over all horrible experience and we will not be back."

"I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. I stayed here (after a long and exhausting drive coast to coast) earlier this year, hoping for a good nights rest. I’ve been meaning to write this review from months ago, but put it on the back burner till now. Some laquinta are really great, but this one was NOT. Quite frankly, it was the most dank, off putting, roach infested hotel I’ve been to in awhile. I brought the roach issue to the front desk attendants attention after arriving to my first room and they offered no refund or real solution. The employee questioned verbally, if I had even really saw roaches. The receptionist acted shocked and mentioned it was unheard of for their hotel and she had never been told that before/ heard such a thing. I know this was untrue because the next room they moved me too - also had roaches. I was so incredibly exhausted from trip, rather than finding another hotel and going through that process I reluctantly transferred rooms (a 3rd time), instead. Needless to say, I slept absolutely paranoid I’d see more roaches the rest of the night. Not to mention the rooms smelled very weird, was covered in trash from previous tenants, filth and damages, and just. I have no words. Torn carpet. Paint peeling off walls. Chipped bathtub with paint torn up. Crumbs everywhere. Strange yellow and brown stains on furniture. The room just didn’t seem vacuumed or cleaned at all. Everything was falling apart too. I’m sorry, I really would have loved to say positive things about this hotel because I truly do love Laquinta - but this one needs serious help. I can not bring myself to say anything somewhat positive other than the lobby was beautiful… don’t let it deceive you. I’m shocked this property has so many positive reviews, and ultimately the online rating was what deceived me. Just please, if you’re considering staying here, save yourself the stress, and don’t."

"We arrived without a reservation after they had been booked solid the night before. The manager (Janet I think) was having a stressful day but was still very accommodating and answered all of my questions and made sure we were able to get the best rate possible. The other staff we encountered were also very friendly and pleasant. Our room was newly remodeled so it did have a slight off scent to it, but it was not overwhelming. I’m scent sensitive and it did not cause any headache. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and a good variety. The pool was a great time and our room stayed cool. Would definitely visit again"
