"I would have given 5 stars to the room but the curtains didn't close all the way and I had bright lights shining in my eyes. Bed was comfy , staff were great, I would stay here again. I will request a different room next time."

"First off, fellow employee, and been in the business for 13 years the type of customer service, and even to resolve issues are poor and need to be addressed. Will never come to this hotel employees and management need to be replaced! I got charged and never stayed in the room employees refused to check me out of my room so I could get a new room at another hotel, got treated like a criminal, but I work for the Brand but yes, worst customer service ever they need to fire everybody to rehire people who care"

"Will never have my employees stay here again. They kick my employee out of his room because I was at home and did an e-check in to get him in his room. They claimed I back doored there system because I did an e-check in. They also claim they ID everyone that checks in that way and I know thats an out right lie. Also refused to give me a refund for a room that was never stayed in and refused to give me the general managers number to resolve the issue."

"Front desk is rude and disrespectful. She threatened our group several times and then disappears in the back room. It is not kid friendly. No manager is available. Under investogation by Hilton corporate following complaints. Hot water was removed as too many people had hot chocolate. Wrong key was given out so a man entered the room at 1am. Please dont stay at this hotel, there are better options."

"I had to give one star to write a review. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in their hospitality is terrible and they were rude for no reason at all. They treated us like garbage and even threatened us. They were prejudice towards us and I will never be coming to this hotel ever again. They are literally the worst and I’m not exaggerating. Maybe you will get treated different here if your white but I know for a fact we will never come near this place again because we don’t have the energy or time to deal with this kind of ignorance! It’s one thing to just be a rude person and it’s another to decide you want to treat customers different based on however you like! Grow up! You wanna be successful you will grow up and be responsible! This hotel is very irresponsible and will cause you nothing but a headache. They are the absolute worse kind of people."
