"The room I rented three days ago is infested with bed bugs, when we found them, we were told to wait till tomorrow for a new bed, didn’t even offer new bedding, much less look at the bedding my husband carried to the office, he’s ate up, my back is hurt, and the bed we rented is outside on the walk way, I am so disturbed over this! 200$ for 4 days and I’m discussed! We deserve a refund! This is worse than a nite in jail, at least they get a cot!"
