"I moved in a couple of months ago, and the place is wonderful. It's very quiet and peaceful, there's actually trash valet and a couple of compactors which has been very consistent and convenient for me. Also the mail system works wonderfully, in which the last place I lived in was horrible. It's even great and safe for kids here, as I see them playing basketball and at the playground, brings back great memories. I recommend this place for anybody looking for an apartment, or moving to the Moore area. Also the management here goes above and beyond, nowadays that is definitely saying a lot, Trish is the best apartment manager I truly have ever had. This is a real review not paid for, for anybody doubting. Thank you sincerely 35 West."

"Lived here for 6 months, just avoid the ones that are windows facing the pool. Maintenance was a bit slow in our case, and management is bit weird... employees constantly change and the higher ups seem to be bit rude but the apartment itself is pretty good and great location for having Winco right next to it and all the restraunts and everything's on the 19th street."

"My husband and I are about to move out to a house finally but we’ve been here 2.5 years. The apartments aren’t bad but they do lack any sense of security, the gates are constantly broken and left open days on end. There is valet trash pick up but recently has not been as consistent and will skip days. Recently has been nosier then what it was the first year here. Location is good, the apartments themselves are fine and in good condition, minimal maintenance problems over the couple years."

"Absolutely love loving here! The front office staff are always so kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. The playground and basketball court are such wonderful amenities for those with kiddos. Plenty of grassy areas for people to walk their dogs. Love all of the windows that allow natural light into my apartment. The grounds are well kept and secure."

"Apartments are okay. There’s a lot of turn around with staff. Always new maintenance staff. There’s a lot of problems in the pool area. A lot of fights, people getting too drunk, the trash cans over flowing. Also, be mindful about pet deposits. Even if your pet does not cause any damage to the property, it’s still non-refundable. The gates are always broken. There have been 2 summers when residents’ vehicles have been stolen/broken into. With that being said, a sense of security is not something this apartment complex provides. Update: I believed that 3 stars was pretty generous because the apartments aren’t awful, but if you’ve had any negative experience here, do not review it on FB because you’ll receive an unsolicited, lengthy message from management to get you to remove your review. In my opinion isn’t professional, but to each their own. Security is a big deal to people and wanted to state my experience."
