"We have lived at Stonebridge apartments for 7 years and never had a problem. I love it here and highly recommend, especially if you are a dog owner. However, we recently had to move apartments because the people next to us moved in with 2 pitbulls. The first day the guy moved in he told us that if his male pit bull got loose, it would kill our dog ( a westie). He told us he “saved” it from getting “euthanized for aggression.” His wife even admitted “it was a bad idea.” And that the last place they lived it had attacked another dog. But, it was supposed to wear a muzzle when out, and for the first few months they abided by that rule. But then they stopped. The owner also admitted to us that he was disabled and often unable to control the pit bull as it had “drug him on the ground.” I was no longer able to go out my back door if they were out. One day the wife approached me in the parking lot pleading with me to pick up my dog as her dog had escaped and was on the loose and she was clearly terrified the dog would materialize and attack my dog! Later i learned that the dogs were fighting ring dogs. 4 months after they moved in the pitbull was outside with his owners and broke free and attacked a passing dog, unprovoked, far down on the side walk. BUT…. Because the owners of the pitbulls claim they are “service dogs” the apartments can do nothing legally! We have chosen to move away out of safety concerns for our little dog. If you move into apartment 1414 with a dog, please be advised your neighbors have a pitbull that is aggressive and must always wear a muzzle when out. And if you see them without report it to the office."

"Lived here for 2 years and honestly no complaints! Had a few maintenance issues but they always got resolved pretty quickly. I also always felt very safe walking my dog late at night!"

"Moved from out of town and needed a 3 month lease. The property managers are very good at making it seem like they are very accommodating at first, but when you try to move out they pull quick ones on you to nickel and dime every cent they can from your security deposit. Be careful with this one. Also, when we moved in the apartment had a horrible ant infestation, and still does, because they don’t seem to treat their properties and cut costs at every corner. There was also METH paraphernalia left in the apartment from previous tenants, which is exactly the opposite of what you want to find when moving your family in. Also, the door handle to the back deck was falling off, and the faucet was leaky like Niagara Falls, but of course the property didn’t try to do anything to offset these extra costs to us(the tenants) beside send maintenance. Best advice would be to stay away from this place and find a more honest and better rental company. I’ve lived in over a handful of apartments in my lifetime and this will be the first time I haven’t received my full deposit back because of hidden fees and Nickel and diming even though we left it in better condition than we received it in. You have been warned."

"Just moved out and have lived here for two years. Had a great experience! Loved my apartment. Never had any problems with my neighbors. Maintenance was responsive. The office staff was super kind and helpful. I lived at fountain lakes before this. Same management company and almost identically apartments. They were great there too! This is where I brought my baby home, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. I only moved to be closer to family and get a second bedroom. Already wishing I had stayed as my new apartment with a different management is not so great. Thanks guys!"

"The only apartment complex in Edmond that is so well managed, with beautiful lake view. The management teams are very helpful and the maintenance staffs are great. I have lived here for more than a year now and no doubt there's no other place like this in the whole city. 77 N is just a block away and we can easily go to OKC or Northern Edmond. Downtown Edmond is nearby. Chad, Alisha in the front desk are very helpful."
