"Guys, like a lot of places there are ups and downs. This apartment complex has been one of the best places I've lived in recent years. The maintenance team and office team bust their butts to make sure you get taken care of. I lived here two years and loved it. It's quiet, tucked away from the street and an overall beautiful property. I moved out to be closer to family. If not for that, I'd still be here. Hands down one of the best places to live in Edmond. "While I do agree several years ago the management was absolutely terrible, I believe management is trying really hard to make our community a better place! They are accessible and do respond to concerns. I am in my fourth year at City Heights and my experience has done a 180 since new management took over. Apartments are spacious and any concerns are addressed promptly and group texts about any issues are handled right away. Plan to stay! I am very grateful for our office staff!"
