"They slammed my pockets and credit as soon as I moved. 3k for clean up on move out, outrageous. Charging me for carpet that was 3 years old. Jacked the rent up really high after housing dropped us because I made 1dollar hour too much. I was forced to move out I could not afford the rent because if housing decides that your doing to good. Coffee Creek will jack your rent up to 39 percent more. So we moved had no choice. We put in work orders that were never honored. All I can say is good luck trying not to get screwed by these dips, Let me be very clear they were not transparent about pricing until after housing dropped our case."

"I actually love it here they have lunch for the kids every Saturday and they love having events and drawings around the holidays to try to bring the community together Alicia and Charles have the office under control and when things in my house needs to be fixed it's been done in a timely manner ROBERT DAYE he fixed my plugs and showed me how to test them in the future i really appreciate him I WILL UPDATE ONCE I GET HIS NAME when they are short staff it's a different story but I believe they are getting it under control everyone is friendly here makes you feel at home I also like how the countertop is and hard floors the units are definitely up to date"

"I've enjoyed living here for almost a year now and am renewing my lease. The grounds are well kept and my son loves that there are so many playgrounds. It's quiet for an apartment building and maintenance is prompt when needed. No complaints!"

"I ended up going with a different apartment complex but the staff here is phenomenal. Alicia has quite the personality. Between Alicia and Charles things are taking a turn for the betted compared to how things use to be."

"Stay as far away as you can. We have receipts of every payment we have made and they’re sending us to collections because whenever the staff turned over the new staff decided that despite the fact that the receipt says “deposit” they’re going to list it as a non refundable fee, not put it toward any of the “repairs” that they didn’t make. Even prior to moving out the office is always closed, nothing ever gets fixed, and the management will straight up ghost you just because they feel like it. They also wait 3 months to put payments through for fees, deposits, etc. Any good reviews are for the gift cards they offer people when they move in. We saw the police daily and called the police ourselves twice. If you report it to the office they just turn around and tell whoever you’re reporting that you complained about them. If you get a place with covered parking, there’s a 75% chance it will be either regularly taken by random people, or will be on the other side of the building, or both. Getting the office to get people out of your spot never works. They just tell you to call a tow company then get upset when you call a tow company."
