"12.25.23 The Cottages have left my family with no heat for 4 days. 2 children one under 6. We had heat last week. They decided to upgrade our system and just stopped mid job. I am heart broken about this. 12 year resident. Prior to this I have raved this is the best place in Edmond to live. I'm in utter disbelief and shock that they have treated us this way."

"Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The property is well kept, the manager, Tika, is so sweet and knowledgeable. She came outside of her office hours to give me a tour. I appreciate that she took her time answering questions and was engaged in the conversation."

"We gave not moved in yet! We are thus week. The property is well kept, it us quiet and clean on property! Summer was so easy to work with. She is very polite and professional. My home came with a sun room which is absolutely amazing. The price is reasonable for Edmond. It's across the street from UCO stadium which we love going to the football games so its perfect!!!"

"We just signed another 1 year lease. We have lived here for 2 years and we are happy to be living at The Cottages. This place is quiet, clean, and located in a nice area. Even though there might have been some issues for some in the complex, we have not really had any bad problems. I did have to wait for a new dishwasher but, I did get a new one as promised. If you are looking for a nice place to live, and you need to be close to UCO, this is the perfect place to live at. The whole complex has just been painted and renovated last month. We are happy to live here."
