The Bristol Apartments

"Staff fantastic! Place is clean! It's in a great location for my job. But, I lucked out. My upstairs neighbor has a trampoline that starts jumping on at 3am. It's now 6:34am and another neighbor is playing extremely loud, heavy base type music, and they have been playing it all night. Haven't had a good night's rest since I moved here."

"The management team is not the best. I wish I would have gone through a walk-through with an agent because they took all of the security deposit for cleaning fees. Although I cleaned the entire apartment room by room and informed the front desk that the carpet was the only thing I did not clean because I needed a professional carpet cleaner to clean, they still took about $200+ for cleaning fees. The apartment complex was cheaper than other professional carpet cleaners in town, which ensures the Bristol maintains more money. The issue I have with Bristol is they are not trustworthy. They almost charged me a $500 pet fee, even though I did not have a pet. They left a note on my door stating I was charged a pet fee for a cat that was in my apartment (which I did not nor do I have one). When I asked how did they make this assumption, they informed me their maintenance guys did walkthroughs and saw a pet. When I asked for them to further investigate if this was accurate, the maintenance crew could not determine the correct apartment number because they only remember pink furniture. Needless to say, I neither have pink furniture or a cat, but was about to be charged a pet fee from inaccurate information and the lack of management to verify the maintenance's account before providing me with the notice."

"I lived here for 6 months while I was in a military course on Fort Sill and the Bristol Team was phenomenal. I mainly worked with Shannon and she went above and beyond with ensuring everything was ready to go when I got there. The apartments are good and close 10-15 minutes to base (depending on where you work). I would definitely recommend!"

"I moved into the bristol last month and the process was so fast! The ladies in the office are so friendly, welcoming and willing to help you in every way possible. Touring the environment was very clean and well kept up. All of the apartments are so beautiful. Everything was up to date and nothing was out of place when I moved in. The only downside I have about the apartment complex is the parking can be very hard to find a spot near your building. I think the parking lot could be a lot bigger but other than that I have no complaints! Definitely the best place here in Lawton!!!! You would love to be here❤️"

"Shannon Peterson was the best! She got us in and made us feel welcomed right away! Always answered our questions honestly! Was more then happy to show us every unit available and worked with us in every way possible, if you need a good apartment this is the place! Was very accommodating with our service dog and very clean nice apartments/townhouses with new appliances! Will update at the end of our 12 month lease!"
