"I was comfortable, the rooms didn't have an odor. But keep in mind they allow people to live in the rooms cause on the bottom floor you see plants in windows. They don't have enough help cause we had to wait about an hour for check-in. The front desk people are ok. The orange juice was watered-down. Breakfast was ok."

"Good place to stay! Very quiet given how busy it is. There's a hot breakfast of eggs, sausage patties, and bacon. Muffins and toast are also available. The rooms themselves are comfortable and spacious. However, they've seen better days. Some cracks in the back splash behind the sink. A bit of water damage on the wall above the window. But the mattress and sheets are comfortable and water pressure is phenomenal. I would gladly stay here again for a reasonable amount (90 to 100/night)."

"They charged my family for “smoking in a room” because I call out the maids for not cleaning the rooms before I left. My baby got a hold of an old dried fruit, a thumbtack, a liquor, cap, a beer tab, and I’m not even gonna talk about how the carpet stick to your feet when you walk. the room was disgusting and because I said something about it, I was unjustly and unfairly charged. They lied and said it was because in odor and my husband is a medical marijuana patient but Why would he smoke in a room with two young children in a hotel that he paid for?? My husband rolled a joint. He went out to the parking lot, but yet I was charged a smoking fee because I gave the maids attitude. The management has been awful, so I’m going to take it to corporate. And continue to write reviews on every platform under every email I have."

"We just stayed for our second time at this hotel. First off. I want to compliment the staff. They are way above average in warmth and hospitality. Watching them work together as a cohesive team was truly impressive. They treated each guest as if they were truly welcomed and not just an interruption to their day. BRAVO! Secondly, the facility is very well kept and the rooms, beds, and furniture are very comfortable. Thanks for another stellar experience!!"

"We checked in and got up to our room and it was filthy. Hair extensions on the floor. Dog food on the floor. Broken knobs on the closet doors. Mold in the bathroom on the walls and in the tub. Our TV didn't work until the last day of our stay. They told me the Internet was out but other people's TVs worked you could hear them while walking down the hallways. I went down to the service desk and, was promised a refund. Then I was given a broom and dust pan to clean my own room. Then the next day they told me no refund the best they could do was a 1000 bonus points. Which I never got. I then asked to check out, they told me I would still be charged. Then after we left I contacted them again because ya know no bonus points. So here I am three months later stuck paying for this. So I decided to dispute the charges through my credit card . And all they reply with is services rendered as paid for. Which they were not. Awesome they put the screws to the little guy. Horrible I can't say it enough horrible. I have more photos but for some reason cannot post them knob missing off closet doors huge scuffs in the wall."
