"I really wish I could leave 0 stars. I've read the previous reviews and the responses from Extended stay and I just have to say, actions speak louder than words. My recent stay ended only hours after checking in. When we walked in there was an immediate stench that was close to unbearable and a kitchen cupboard door fell off the hinges as we closed the door behind us. Everything including the toilet seat had a layer of dust. The kitchen was extremely dirty and the linoleum floors were covered in sticky food droppings. What was really disturbing was the bed skirt had what we assume was vomit residue from previous occupants. I even asked about a refund as we checked out early and were told they do not offer refunds. You should be ashamed."

"BEWARE!!! If you're coming in late, BEWARE!!! I made a two night reservation for two rooms at this hotel, prepaid through Expedia for the nights of February 24th and 25th, 2024. I was driving there from from roughly 600 miles away with a car full of people (4 adults and a child). There were some delays that had us arriving after midnight. I called ahead to notify them about our arrival time; around 10pm. I was told we could not check in after midnight and that our reservation would be canceled as a no-show. I asked if this was because the office/front desk would be closed. I was told no, but that their system automatically cancels reservations as no-shows after midnight. I was baffled by this and pointed out that I'm calling ahead and that I am not going to be a no-show. I was told that this was automatic and there was nothing they could do. I tried to figure out what to do and asked if there was a way that I could just cancel and get refunded for that first night and still get the second night. I was told we could, but that we would not be able to check in for the second night until 3pm. I had to deal with Expedia. After several calls they finally worked it out where I was able to get refunded. I had to scramble to find new accommodations that night at the last minute. We arrived at a different hotel in the area and I ended up paying about double the amount of what I had reserved for this hotel. This whole experience was extremely disappointing. I don't understand how they can cancel a reservation as a no-show when you're calling ahead and the front desk is still open the whole time. This is a terrible, irresponsible policy and way of doing business as a hotel. Travelers get delayed, flights get delayed or canceled, people have car trouble; things happen when traveling. To have a policy that automatically causes a no-show after midnight, regardless of calling ahead, on a prepaid reservation is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place! I'm lucky that I at least got fully refunded."

"Great hotel! Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a room for 1 night or longer. Only negative is the laundry is quarter operated system and there is no way to get quarters. The front desk doesn't have any cash and there is no change machine. The washer is $2.50 per load and the dryer cost $2.50 per load. So bring detergent and quarters."

"They didn't have all the amenities for the kitchen and what they did have was dirty. It's supposed to be a no-smoking building and it was marijuana and cigarette. And I didn't know that you had 48 hours to extend your stay because the guy had booked my room for someone else. And when he extended my stay he didn't allow me to use the computer where I would have got a discount and so what he was trying to charge me for 4 days is what I paid for a week. So now I would not recommend or come back to that particular one"

"Wish I could give zero stars. Pay extra money and stay at a respectable hotel. Do not stay here, the management is very rude. Came down to ask for dishes and was given dirty ones with black stuff in them. Spouse walked in with a service animal when we checked in and then the hotel claimed the animal was never discussed when we checked in. Kind of hard to hide a full grown German shepherd. The room was filth. Black mold in the bathroom. Sheets had gum on them and stains upon lifting the sheets. Pink stains on the sides of the sheets as well. The AC/heat machine smells horrid. Couldn’t run it much because the stench coming from it was that bad. Even my children were disgusted by the smell. If you go out to the hallways be ready to smell cigarettes and weed being lit indoors. No weed smell outside at all though so can definitely tell it’s indoors with how strong the smell is because it literally soaks through the walls. I took lots of photos but only uploaded some with the review for reference. Not to mention sheets do not get washed upon room turnovers so you will be sleeping in beds that haven’t been cleaned or changed. Beware of this because you’ll get an itchy feeling on your skin. People are charged for dirty sheets as well yet they don’t change the sheets when people check out. Crazy."
