"The rooms are dirty, old and out dated, they smell really bad. The sheets are not cleaned it was hair in the sheets when I pulled the blankets back. The couch was so dirty and old. Do your research before booking this place. Also do not recommend booking with a third party because this hotel will refuse to refund your money to that third party. They want you to just accept a different room instead!"

"I was tired after I drove 8.5 hours from Colorado to visit my son at Fort Sill. I went to the La Quinta first, but they were full. So I saw this hotel across the street. The sheets were completely dirty. Do your research about reviews because I know this place has bed bugs. I came home and a few months after I was being bite by something. Pulled my bed out and I had saw I had a bed bug. I had to throw away my mattress and bed. Don't stay here!"

"Traveled to Lawton to visit a family member. I book this room via third party site they did not inform the hotel that I was traveling with my pets. They were apologetic as I did pay the pet fee (I do not blame the hotel what so ever). Overall the hotel is clean and has many restaurants near by. Access to the main roads of Lawton is easy."

"Hands down the most insane stay I have ever had at a hotel. First thing, the front desk boy looked at me like I was lost, like he had NEVER seen a white girl. I told him I had a reservation. He jerked back like he was shocked to hear it! He told me I would have to wait to be checked in because he was already checking someone in. I was the only person in the lobby and gave him a confused look and he explained they were in the parking lot. I walked back to my car pretty frustrated. I made some calls. A few moments later he was beating on my car window so hard I thought he would break it and yelling at me to come in and check in. I should have trusted my gut and drove off then. The room was cheap and smelled bad. The next morning I left out at 8am to see the mountains and meet with my realtor. I returned at 2pm. The entire outfit I was wearing the day before was missing!!!! Including my underwear and socks!!! Never ever in my life have I ever stayed anywhere that I was robbed by the staff. I have even been confused about a check out date and the staff didn't touch my things!!! The front desk boy was very rude and dismissive about it. I made a police report, the front desk boy was yelled at by a woman in Hindi, the boy handed me my clothes from behind the desk, I packed up and came to the comfort suites. I'm not sure what was going on, I had multiple staff telling me multiple stories. I'm pretty sure they were planning on keeping my things if I didn't make a huge fuss. Front desk boy was so off."
