"This place was absolutely disgusting and a disgrace to the Hilton name. It was filthy and the service desk employee (Tabby) was the absolute rudest, unprofessional and uncaring employee of Hilton we have ever encountered. The sheets had yellow stains, the mattress had yellow stains and Blood stains. No cold water!! The ADA room we requested because I am disabled was unsafe especially in the bathroom where water sprayed EVERYWHERE while I showered. We had to lay several towels down to make it safe so I would not slip and fall. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though we requested non-smoking room. When my husband notified the front desk she informed him there was nothing she could do. There was no maintenance on site and no manager on site. She did offer to request the maintenance person to come to the hotel but it was already 8:30 at night and we had been traveling since 4 am. We finally decided to take matters into our own hands and call the 800 number for Hilton. They transferred us to another property near by for free. Many praises to the Hilton customer service representative Tony who handled everything for us. The Hilton Garden Inn down the street was gorgeous, clean and welcoming. Stay there. Funny thing when we checked in a maintenance guy was at the front desk talking to the front desk employee. They had a guy onsite at 9:45 at night. They said they would take care of us and to enjoy our night. They apologized for the other hotel which we NEVER got from them. As we were leaving our hotel the next morning a housekeeper told us to have a wonderful day and God Blessed us. Such a huge difference in the hotels. The Hampton Inn actually told us when we were leaving that if my husband had gone to the desk to complain one more time she was going to have him removed from the property. We told her we were going to request corporate to pull the video footage to prove how rude and unprofessional she was not my husband. So if you stay here don’t complain about how disgusting it is because you can potentially be removed seem the property. Again Kudos to Hilton customer service for getting us out of that place. I wish this review allows pictures I would post then all."

"I called ahead & asked 1 question..."does your hot tub work". I was told "yes our hot tub is working". Got here. Hot tub is closed & looks like a swamp. We paid in advance because we were told they had a working hot tub. Otherwise we would have gone to our actual destination."

"Good customer service at the front desk. Everything else was not so great. Rooms were outdated, having shaky, dented furniture. Flooring was dingy and the room I was in didn't have a microwave or fridge. Customer service was able to transfer me to a new room, but that room had a leaky shower and toilet. Also had hairs on my bed. Weird but true statement... the towels were thin and have a dingy smell to them if it makes sense. Definitely didn't feel comfortable sleeping there. Nothing bad about the staff, just the infrastructure in general."

"I try and book with Hampton Inn or Hilton Honors because I expect a certain level of service and CLEANLINESS. Which they normally provide. Epic fail, I will never stay at this facility again and honestly it makes me question every hotel associated with them. If I were Hilton I would disassociate immediately. You may as well find a Super 8 and hope for the best. Everywhere in my room was filthy, dried bloody snot on the blanket( staff did bring me clean bedding, fast) soiled carpet, dirty walls and ceiling. I believe the sheets were clean but stained. If I had got a better look at my room there would have been no way my family and I would have stayed. I checked in , dropped my stuff and left and didn’t return until midnight. If you value cleanliness don’t stay here. You’ll be worried about bedbugs and God know what else"

"We stayed here this past weekend February 2, 2024. After a hot shower I got in the bed and felt like something was biting me. I lifted up the sheets and found bed bugs. I called the front desk and the lady didn't even seem suprised. We were moved into another room but we couldn't sleep being to afraid there would be bed bugs in that bed. I drove over two hours back home to fort worth. Needless to say the front desk person isn't sure that we will receive a refund due to booking the room through a third party site. Waiting on management to reach out on the issue. Stay here at your own risk. Update:after speaking with management they asked did we take a picture because the room was just treated for bed bugs. We left in such a hurry because my 6 year old was in the bed that I found the bugs. So they are refusing to give us a refund. I will be reporting to the BBB as well as calling corporate."
