"Absolutely distasteful the staff is wish washy all the time pre-paid through the hotels app and they would not let us check in and we can with a baby. Man in the reception area said there was nothing he could do when other times we stayed they let us check in despite the “check in times”. We had no where else to go and he couldn’t make an exception for a baby at least. Any other hotel or motel would have let us check in. Do not book here!!!"

"Worst hotel I have ever seen. Room was filthy, fingerprints on every surface. Floor not swept. Baseboards looked like they have never been cleaned. Smoke alarm not hooked up exposed wires in light in bathrooms. Light also not bright enough to see in in bathroom. I was advised that I booked a smoking room, which I did not. The smell was so bad. We did not stay. I would not stay there even if it were free. Do not stay here, the pics online do not represent how bad this place is. I cannot adequately describe how awful this place is"

"Don’t waste your money or time at this place!!! I booked through Priceline for express deals and it was the WORST decision I could have Ever made!!! The Hotel had a Terrible smell in the lobby and room. The room and furniture’s outdated completely. You can literally see underneath the door!!! The pipes underneath the sink has “Tape” on it which explains the plumbing is an issue here heavily., when I turned the shower on water sprays into the floor and on the ceiling where it’s clearly water damage from the shower head. The toilet doesn’t even flush while shower is on or off. The toilet paper was used and wasn’t replaced before we arrived to our room. The trash cans are disgusting, underneath the bags haven’t been cleaned in years just like the room. Bug traps underneath the furniture haven’t been replaced in years I’m sure. The Hotel staff was Extremely rude I could even get an extra set of towels, He told me to come back tomorrow with headphones in Both ears and Pajamas on working at the Front desk! I asked for a refund and he rudely refused to refund me my money even for the unused days if I decided to leave. My husband asked for a business card and they didn’t even have any. The towels were soiled and disgusting, Holding the towels up the light they were stained and had a nasty smell to them. Crazy part about it is, I’m an active duty service member traveling to see my husband here and this is the Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life!! This hotel needs to be closed down!!! DON”T BOOK HERE!!!!"

"Had THE WORST experience EVER!!! The lock to my room was broken. The room was dirty. There was trash in the couch and outside. Ew. Talked to staff and they refused to give me a refund. They did offer another room, but after seeing my room I paid $130 for, I was skeptical of the overall cleanliness of any other room. I never even sat down in my room! I've had a timeshare with Wyndham in the past and have never had an experience like this one. I've never had an experience like this EVER. ANYWHERE!!! I WILL NOT return to that location and am filing a complaint."

"Do not stay here! Gentleman at the front desk was rude and was too busy being on the phone. Did not give good directions to the room. Once able to find the room the card didn’t work no matter how many times it was used. In the room was a nasty stain on the bed and the bathtub had some nasty gunk in it. If that’s how this room was then I’m sure that’s how the others would be. I packed my stuff and went down to the office to check out and ask for a refund. The front desk person said they don’t do refunds. My concerns were explained and he said the best he could wis give me a different room. I feel cheated and the person was being a greedy person and didn’t want to give back my money. Nice to see how this is how Service Members get treated."
