"I have lived here for 2 years. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. If you call the ladies that work at the front, they are always sweet and willing to work diligently to get done whatever you need. They are listeners they don’t just say no to your thoughts. The maintenance department is a cut above the rest. If you call for them it’s done that day if you call before 3:00 most of the time and if not first thing the next morning. The property is beautiful and they keep the trees trimmed, grass mowed, bugs sprayed, weed eating done, and lastly the pool and pool area is very nice and the gym area is right there with it and it’s all exceptional clean at all times. This place operates perfectly and the employees that work here should be proud to say they do!!! Every one of them wave when they see you, or talk when they pass you, and some day when you’re having a bad day just a simple wave or a hello can change the projections of your entire day!! "The best part of me being back in Lawton. I moved back 9 months ago and looked and looked for an apartment and a home to rent. I was not happy at all with what I was finding. I came from Dallas and was used to certain style of living and didn't mind spending the money if I found the right place. Finally I literally just drove by this place and me and my husband came in. Upon the first show I wasn't happy with what I saw because the previous residents had just moved out BUT by the time I moved in it was immaculate. We love our apartment and sadly I just received orders to move and will be leaving but I would recommend spending the money because you aren't going to find another place on the west side of Lawton near as nice. Oh and the staff...the leasing staff, Cindy and Cathy, are the most helpful and kindest agents I've had the pleasure to work with and the maintenance guys are friendly and prompt. I've never had to wait longer than 2 or 3 hours for a service call. The grounds are well kept, especially for only being two guys who do EVERYTHING. Overall I have no complaints, nice neighbors, nice staff and nice grounds. It was a very positive experience for me and my family."
