"The rooms are very clean and spacious. Cleaning every day. The pool and jacuzzi are great. Also the gym has a lot of equipment. Breakfast is good. I would definitely go again to this place!"
"Nice, clean hotel. The staff was nice - they even helped me with glasses repair when my daughter broke hers! The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of several restaurants (sit down and fast food). My only suggestion would be to change up the breakfast menu every other day or so. We stayed 5 days and would have liked to have had a little something different."
"The hotel seems like it's newly built as everything is very well taken care of and clean. Great location to do anything and across the street from a large park."
"Update. Stayed again and had a better experience. The king bed room 4th floor room was a great comfortable, quiet room. Great location by the park. Prior. Good location. Nice front desk staff person. A few shortcomings -Shower curtain liner didnt reach top of tub; three towels for a five person booking; breakfast was a miss for us; our reward room was so noisy from elevator next door it kept me up all night. Avoid 407."
"My family of four me, the wife and 2 boys) had reservations for a weekend stay. Upon entry the front desk gal was preoccupied with the person in front of us. The way the front desk was taking to this person was rude, and it should have been a forshawdowment. It took quite a while, but finally when done looked at us asked "who's next?", though we were the only ones in line. She then tells us the room we reserved through Expedia was cancelled (2 queen bed room), but tries to upsell us 2 separate rooms with queen bed. We were more concerned about HOW the room was cancelled. We didn't cancel it...but the lady made it sound like it was Expedia. We tried to connect with Expedia but the cell signal there was so weak, it was nearly impossible to chat online with Expedia, let alone call. We were not about to book 2 rooms, so we left to get lunch while deciding our next step. Ended up getting another hotel 15 minutes away. There, we called Expedia and was shocked to find that the room was not cancelled. Expedia says the reservation was still valid, and NOT cancelled. They (she) basically lied in order to get us to get 2 rooms. So shady. I'm glad we left. Got a great room someplace else, and front desk here was very nice. Hotel should realize that this type of behavior is highly reprehensible. You can lose ratings and future clients this way. They lost ours."
