"As a resident here it’s nice being centrally located in slc. Super modern and clean amenities in prime city location is hard to find. The only issue we have is PARKING. We were told before we signed our lease that we would be able to park our extra cars here. If there was a way we expedite our holding process for the past few months that would make our experience a 5 out of 5."

"This place is amazing. The staff are first rate -- Kacie & Vanessa are super attentive, communicate personally with all the residents and walk the building daily. Michael the maintenance manager is super nice and on the ball. The building is brand new and the amenities are mind blowing. Best gym in any apartment complex I've been in, which is a lot. Modern vibes, super location downtown. And very secure / safe."

"I had admired the building while in construction. The day I toured I met Kacey and she was such a delight! I moved in mid February and it’s been a joy since. I’ve also recommended a friend to move as well. My view is incredible. Michael and Ruben with maintenance as such a great help. Vanessa is very attentive as well. The Ritchie group have done an amazing job. I love how the Le Meridien and Element hotel are across the street. Great selection of restaurants inside. I can not wait until STK opens!!!!! West Quarter is THE place!!!!!"
