"This UPS store is just as average as any other I've been to. Except I need to leave 2 stars somewhere because UPS as a company has programmed their automated phone responses to hang up on customers without a tracking number who would like to talk to a representative. I can't make it into the store, but I have a question for this store in particular since a package of mine never got sent. I don't have a tracking number for it since it was an Amazon return, and Amazon has no record of this package being sent. Alas, the computer voice eventually says that I am not allowed to speak with a real representative unless I have a tracking number. My only wish at this point would be that the $108 I just lost from this transaction would be forwarded to the folks at the call centers overseas so that they can buy something nice, instead of into executives' pockets who will be upset that it isn't enough to cover their brunch."

"Everyone in this store is amazing, hard working, kind and quick. They took the time to print multiple projects amidst the craziest line of Amazon, etc. returns. The staff was patient with all my specific needs and I had such an enjoyable time in the store. I HIGHLY recommend this store!!"

"I came in today and there were 23 people in line ahead of me returning Christmas gifts. What surprised me was the employees were apologetic about the wait as if it was their fault. They frantically helped everyone as quick as they could and were smiling and helpful. I knew this was one of the craziest days of the year for them, but I was so impressed that I felt the need to leave this review. I hope management of this location sees this review and lets the employees know how grateful we are for them. They deserve praise for what I saw today."

"I used to avoid this UPS store, but the new management has completely turned it around! Now I use them for all my business and personal shipments! They NO LONGER charge you for tape and an Amazon return label. Thank freaking goodness."
