"Never can get an order correct to save their lives. Even when it’s already written down for them to just read. I recommend going back to basic English class in school. Exceptionally sad when the majority of the employees are young enough to still be IN an English class. For the amount of money they charge, they should do better. Poor excuse of a dining establishment. Edit: I’ve gone here three times since this review, every single order has been incorrect in some degree. Avoid this Wendy’s. Drive to SLC the gas you’ll use is worth the inconvenience. Or just go to Burger King or better yet hit up Chubbys, same prices better food. This place deserves negative stars and all new employees with reading comprehension skills."

"I have ordered here three separate times and they have messed up my order every single time. I get forgetting something once but every time is crazy. You guys can’t even put an order together correctly. I just want the food that I order to be in the bag instead of me having to go back inside or when I’m at home be refunded by DoorDash and not get the food I ordered at all. Do better."

"Had a ok experience at Wendy’s. I went on Saturday December 29th. It’s not an easy place to turn into. Poor location to be at. The food was amazing! Whoever took my order had an attitude then at the window had an AirPod in her ear. The food was well-prepared, and portions were great. Prices were reasonable. Overall, a satisfying visit because of the great food. Service was very poor. Location of it is poor as well. I hope management fixes that soon."

"We arrived at Wendy's a little late. We went into the building and ordered 2 salads. The young man who waited on us was kind and efficient. Our salads were delicious and the service was great!!!"

"We went through the drive through and when we got our order I tasted the Dr. Pepper and it was like straight carbonation and no syrup. I let them know and asked if I could get a different one and she said ya I just sent someone to look at the machine. I got my next one and it was no better. I didn’t want to hold up the long line anymore so I just left. Won’t be coming back to this location!"
