"I have been coming here for a while since my significant other lives out here. This is by far the worst Mcdonald’s I’ve been to. I have ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget multiple times and 9 times out of 10 I only receive 4. I get it’s busy but pay attention and give people what they paid for."

"Past two time I have gone here they messed up my order in the drive through. Called them the second time and they acted like I was scamming them. Just get the order correct, I don’t have time to go back there to get what I actually ordered."

"This location is outrageously busy all the time and it can be hard to even get into their parking lot because of the drive thru line. Because of this I decided that going in would probably be faster. It Was Not. The restaurant is crowded and noisy. Obviously people enjoy meeting here and letting their kids enjoy the children's area. The restaurant is clean, though, and the staff works hard to keep it looking good. I ordered through the self service screen because they only had one employee at the counter. There were two orders in front of mine on the screen when I was done. It took over 30 minutes after placing it to receive my order. Updating this 5 months after my last review because the customer service has declined sharply. Today we chose to park in the pickup parking for our online order. 20 minutes after the app said our order would be out in 2-5 minutes I went in to retrieve our food just to be told they had already brought it to us. Despite my knowing that they absolutely had not done so they insisted that I return to my car and "double check". ((????)) If course upon returning to my car there was still no food there, and only when I returned to the store did someone bring me our now-cold food with the excuse that "nobody told her it was ready to bring out." The manager being unable to see it still sitting in the staging area waiting to be brought to me while she was insisting that I somehow missed being presented with food at my car remains a mystery."

"Not the first time at this location my order been wrong with items missing. It is my fault to not assume the order was right. I get home and 1/3 was missing. I drove back home and realized it was wrong. Had to drive back, stand at the counter to be acknowledged. The manager Candace after serving a gentleman in line who was odd but called out to him as a weirdo in the lobby greater asked how she may help. Informed her missing 1/3 of my order. I handed my receipt and noticed what was missing from the receipt. The receipt did not have an item on it even though in drive through it was read back. Candace was arguing that it was an over an hour ago from what the receipt said but, it didn't feel that long. With waiting in line for my order then driving home and back could make it a hour. Candace stated she remembered baking this one and it had two bags. I explained we did get two bags but one had only fries. Candace issued me the items on the receipt that was missing, I paid the one item that should have been in the first place. No apologies for the inconvenience, no sorry..nothing. Just gave me the food that I paid for. I understand things can get hectic but you should still be professional and service customers, correctly."
