"These people here were patient with me! I ordered the super greens and asked for them to made fresh (I forgot that it was later in the night, because I was kind of scatterbrained) they made them fresh for me and I really appreciated that. It was a jerk move on my part and they were kind to me"
"We did a take out order. The food tasted different from how it usually does. My whole family said it was bad and we did not eat it. I called because we live 20 minutes away. The employee put us on a "list" to get a replacement meal. When we tried to redeem it we were magically not on the list and they wouldn't even help us with the receipt. Moral of the story go in and complain rather than call."
"I was not impressed with the beef and broccoli. The broccoli was hard and only had two small pieces of beef. The Service was ok. I did have to check my order and I'm glad I did because they didn't give me the teriyaki chicken I ordered. The staff could of been a little bit more friendly. No smiles and when I told the girl at the cash register thank you she just kind of gave me a smirk. I also had to ask a couple times for my medium side noodles. I've had better service there. It seems like the last few times I've been portions are smaller and the employees just don't care."
"Usually it’s good but this last time was awful. Worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. We were told it would be an 8 minute wait for our food, which was fine. After 20 we asked where our order was and told them to just swap out the chicken we were waiting on for teriyaki chicken instead because then we could go. We waited longer then they came back and said “oh, well actually we don’t have the vegetables that you wanted cooked so you’ll have to wait for them or swap it out. We were told it would be 3 minutes. They offered to write our names down in their book for a free meal next time and we said sure. We waited 10 more minutes and I finally went up to ask about it and they looked so confused and she hadn’t even started making the veggies yet. We asked to just change to rice and chow mein thinking that would speed the process along and get us out of there. We sat at the front for 10 more minutes watching everyone else get served before us despite being there for 40 minutes. Eventually the cashier had to tell her again to rush our order and get it to us. By the time we walked out, most of our food had sat around since we ordered it at 5:12 and was cold and disgusting. We didn’t even eat it. We were disappointed in the lack of urgency and care, especially since I had to talk to them 3 different times to get anything done and by the last 15 minutes we were standing at the front watching everyone get served before us. We left at 5:57, 45 minutes after we paid. Our mushroom chicken didn’t have any chicken on it, the rice was undercooked, and everything was cold. We didn’t even get the sides and entrees that we wanted because of all the swaps we made and they were still cold."
"I am extremely impressed with my visit today. Ashley helped us by serving our food. I had the honey walnut shrimp which was delicious, before serving up my daughter food I asked them to change there gloves because my daughter has a fish allergy. Ashley immediately said no problem and then washed there hands and put on new gloves. They proceeded to educate us and let us know all there foods are fried in the same fryer to warn us of cross contamination. Then went the extra mile to use separate spoons to serve her food. and then put her food in a separate bag so that it did not touch the shrimp. I am so so grateful to have had this experience with Ashley thank you so much!"
