"I ordered at 8:45, tracker said my ordered was delivered at 9:28, and it wasn’t. I called the store, talked to the manager and explained that my order was missing. She said she would talk to the driver and call me back shortly. 30 minutes later, no one called, so I did. They told me that the driver delivered to the exact address, to a guy with a mustache (I don’t have a mustache). She said that they could remake the order, but I had to go pick it up, because they wouldn’t deliver again to the wrong person, since they delivered to the exact address. When I asked for a refund, the manager was extremely rude and pretty much hang up on me. I mean, if I’m saying I didn’t get my order I didn’t get my order, how hard is that to understand? First time ever having a problem with Dominos and that’s how they deal with it. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would."

"They were behind on orders and I waited for an hour for my pizza. I did not see the urgency of the employees to push this orders out. I am patient because I understand sometimes this can happen but I waited for over an hour and while I was inside I saw how they were throwing dough to each other and just messing around. Management needs to train their employees to work under pressure fir better customer service. I ended up canceling my order, they didn’t apologize and now I gotta wait 3 business days for my money back."

"Apparently it’s perfectly fine to just throw your pizza on the porch and just leave. and I left a 20% tip I guess that’s what paying customers get right called them and they told me they shouldn’t have even delivered it to my address when I ordered on there website to enter my address"
