Little Caesars Pizza

"Food was fine, but the blonde girl working the front was super rude and passive. I had a coupon and she wouldn’t let me use it. She threw my pizza onto the counter and walked away."

"Normally when I go here it's fine, a little wait, get some pizza, leave, but this recent time back on March 20th was awful. I went in during the peak of rush time, so I expected a wait. I went in and ordered. The cashier was rude, and was practically yelling at me, and didn't seem to like the fact I was asking if people were waiting or in line. The cashier gave me a pager, new but okay, but then told me to wait in my car because it was crowded, i can understand that it was crowded and they just needed room, but when I explained to him that my car was really far away, like on the other side of the strip mall. He was rude again and said to stand outside. Since it was an okay temperature I did stand outside, and stood outside for 15 minutes before it looked empty enough to go back inside. I again expected a wait, so I wasn't bothered by it. So I stood inside abd waited a little longer until my pager went off. I handed it to an employee who took it, but explained they were waiting on the crazy bread. So I wanted another 3 minutes before they handed me my order. I explained to this employee that I had two crazy breads ordered and I was missing one. They were really understanding and went back to make the second crazy bread. While this was going on, the same rude cashier came to the front and began yelling at people what their order was and shoving them pizzas. He asked me what I was waiting for and I explained I was waiting for another crazy bread. He grabbed the first crazy bread from my order and handed it to me, when I explained to him that was my order and I needed a second crazy bread the cashier shoved my pizzas into me and said there's your order and to leave. When I tried to explain I paid for a second crazy bread he was already ignoring me and off yelling at another customer, but thank goodness that the employee who went to the back to make another crazy bread came back up with my second and apologized."

"Apparently the classic pizzas are no longer offered hot and ready even during dinner rush. I was told they only offered the extra most bestest (which is not particularly appealing to me with the amount of cheese and grease) as hot and ready. This is disappointing at best. I'd have thought the classic pepperoni and cheese would be the bread and butter for a cheap pizza place and getting rid of it as a ready option makes very little business sense. The menu still lists them as hot and ready too, this really makes no sense."

"Went in and ordered a couple pizzas and breadsticks. Was told it would be a 10 minute wait and was handed a buzzer and told to wait outside. Buzzer never went off. Waited outside for 20 minutes and came back inside. They said oh your order is already done. But it was only half ready. They said wait 10 more minutes. After another 15 I went back inside and they still didn’t have it ready. Service at this location has gotten worse."

"The last few times I have gotten food from here, it has quickly gone from somewhat edible to inedible. The slices are severely uneven and half of them aren't cut hardly at all. And I guess it didn't matter how it was cut cuz it was so disgusting we couldn't eat it. And the bread sticks we're really old and completely squished."
