Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

"I love Mo Bettahs, and at most of them I have had a great experience. I don’t know what is wrong with this one. Rarely is my order right when I get home. Additionally, their cups of sauce have less then the other stores, most of the time, they are only a 1/3 of the way filled. The other stores I visit don’t charge me for an extra sauce, this one always does, and then they usually forget to put them in the bag. The staff is friendly. "This is the very first time I’ve encountered and experienced this poor service with Mo’Betta and we always come here for yummy food. I ordered two separate plates and i asked the crew to put the teriyaki sauce on the side so means i should get two katsu sauce (since i had two separate katsu order) and one teriyaki sauce since i ordered teriyaki beef..well the crew said i can only get two sauces and if i want the teriyaki sauce then i have to pay for it. I know this is only food and shouldn’t be a biggie but i was just disappointed with it."

"The food is fantastic. Have had a lot of issues with getting 65 to 70% fat instead of meat on the kalua (sp?) pig. Hate asking in the drive-through if they can do it without a lot of fat. Also got some really small sauce cups not even halfway filled up. 2nd pic But, LOVE the food, they are always very quick, and great portions for the price as well. Would love a rewards club. It's a favorite here when time is short but the normal fast food fried stuff doesn't sound appealing at all. Wish they were open on Sundays too"
