Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"I arrived and placed an order at 5:45 pm. At 5:58 pm I had not seen a single pizza made (from any order). I decided look specifically for my order. At 6:01 I found my pizza in line to be made. I watched an employee make half my pizza then move on to another order. He finished topping the pizza behind mine then walked away from the line. Another employee was starting other orders, I made a comment about my pizza being half done. I was mumbled at, “let sauce and cheese this pizza.” Once she finished that she also walked away from the line with 6 to 8 pizzas sitting there half done. At that point, none of the other 5 employees seemed to worried about finishing pizzas. I stood there waiting and when 1 of the employees started finishing pizzas I noticed that they were finishing 2 of the 3 pizzas in the order placed after mine. At this point I also noticed 1 of the 6 employees in the back of the store checking his phone. The employee finally finished my pizza at 6:13 pm. I waited almost 30 minutes for a single pizza made due to the most inefficient making process I have ever witnessed"

"Went in tonight and got a few pizza's (7) the kids working tonight were awesome! Brianna, Serenity, and Miylei They had encountered a very difficult customer, yelling profanity at them and down right ignorant! But they managed to still be polite and patient with my order. Pizza's were perfect!"

"If I could give a zero star review I would. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. I ordered Pizza for my family for Halloween through the online system. It was confirmed and said pick up after 2pm. When I arrived they said there was no order in the system, I showed them my confirmation and the charge on my bank account. The woman at the register was so rude throwing her hands in the air saying, “I can’t, I just can’t.” I asked if I could speak to a manager, the manager also rude, said let me check the corporate system. Sure enough there was my order. They said, “Well what do you want us to do issue you a refund?” I said, “No, I really would like my pizza.” They said well you’ll have to come back in 3 hours. I sat there flabbergasted or you could hurry and bust out my pizza. Nope we can issue a refund, but we can’t do that for 2-3 days. At a loss I just walked out of the restaurant. I will never order Papa Murphy’s again or deal with this joke of an establishment."

"This place "USED" to be really good, not the case anymore!!! They don't know the meaning of the words customer service.... I was the only customer and had ordered my pizza and the manager decided to have an employee counseling session and they didn't start making my pizza for several minutes, and then the person making my pizza couldn't even make it correctly. No green onions... And they have the gall to ask for tips, and even put a sign up that says tips are appreciated!!!! Typical Tooele customer service these days. STAY AWAY."
