"Wanita the store manager is very condescending, rude and immature for her age. She’s not professional when she talks to people at all."
"I went to this CVS to do a return. I had the original receipt with the product and was told by the Manager that they could not do the return because they don’t carry that product in their store. I’ve always been able to do a return at any CVS as long as I had a receipt. This is the first time I’ve been denied a return and told I had to take it back to the original store I purchased from. While the sales associate was extremely nice, the manager/supervisor has poor customer service!"
"I have had a transplant and needed the immunosupressed vaccine as I am on immunosupression meds and immunocompromised. Today, some MALE pharmacist interrupted my interaction with the vaccine tech to ask just WHY I needed the higher dose, he insisted on a prescription, but would not call my Hepatologist. He just started yapping about "protocol" and trying big words. Unfortunately I have been an RN since 1997 in a HOSPITAL and my husband is the manager of the ICU. The pharmacist changed my flu (that is fine), but also changed me off the immuncompromised shot to the regular one. (Not protocol---I have the docs, scripts, and I would have shown him my scar). But he had decided to NOT believe I was immunocompromised and treated me as a regular patient. He made me wait to change the doses BUT THEN when I asked again, they just kept telling me that ALL the vaccines are the exact same and there is no stronger senior/immunocompromised dose at all. They said that to 2 RN's! Oh really? Only one kind of booster or covid vaccine. I'll just ask my Hepatologist, Nephrologist, and Cardiolodist (all heads of their dept) if that's true. Oh and if I do get covid after that inadequate dose-you will ALL be hearing from my lawyer and spouse because I probably cannot survive it (hence the higher dose for me.) You might want to educate that young shaved headed male who was so over eager to prove how smart he was, to find out who he is talking to and a bit about their knowledge base before he starts telling them about vaccines. I specialized in Women's and Children's health. I can talk to you about vaccines, staggered vaccines, vit K shots, milestones, set a vent, start an IV on a premie or a crying child, and also take care of the mother's every need even if I have to circulate the OR. I really do NOT need to have medicine or healthcare explained to me by a cvs worker, not with my job, and not after my transplant. Thank you very much!"
"We were able to walk in and get a regular flu shot. No appointment necessary. The pharmacist was personable and professional. We call this store our CVS store."
"This is a smaller CVS but does a better job of keeping their store stocked with product. The staff is very nice and helpful. Totally recommend getting a CVS card to take advantage of the sales and extra bucks. The normal prices are a little high but you get great bargains if you take the time to review their deals."
