"Won't pick up groceries again. Don't appreciate soft things like vegies & fruit being placed in the bottom of bags & have heavier items placed on top, thus squishing items (tomatoes)!"
"The store itself is fine! The auto service department, however, I was not happy with. They told us it would be half an hour to fix our flat tire, which had a nail in it. Nope! An hour and a half later, they finally tell us they cannot fix it due to the nail being in a bad spot. We would’ve gladly bought a new tire from the get-go, had we known initially. Over two hours and $100+ later, we finally have a new tire. Unreal. Just would’ve appreciated more communication in a timely manner."
"Very lousy service and treats customers and employees like they don't mean a thing to them but a dollar bill.. so sad to see a company this big that doesn't care about their customers or employees any more than they do Would much rather go to Target where it seems like they actually care about their customers AND employees. May be a tiny bit higher but much better quality of products and service. If I could give them a zero I would!"
"It's so much better than the one on I35 Frontage Rd. A team lead (Scott) was very kind, greeted me and asked me if I needed help. He sure was a big help today. He even went to the back and found shallots for me. I looked high and low for them."
