"I am only giving one star because the employee said “I’m sorry.” If I could give zero stars, I would. This pharmacy overpromises and underdelivers, which wouldn’t be a problem except sometimes people need emergency medication filled in a timely manner. If a prescription won’t be ready for an hour, don’t quote the customer 30 minutes. And certainly don’t lie and say you “just got it” when the customer heard you read the names of the prescriptions to them 30 minutes before. Be honest, be up front, manage expectations. Simple and good for business."
"Terrible service! I left urgent care with my son who was suffering from double ear infections and had to drive across town to this specific location because it's 24hrs. I got in the drive thru line that was wrapped around the building. 37 min later I get to the window only for the tech to tell me they "just" recieved the script and it would be another hour. I explained that that would absolutely not work seeing that I've been in there line and drive across town .I told him I would wait for the script and them was quoted 30 to 45 min.I then went in to purchase mottin for his pain and the tech at the window says oh your script is ready!?! I'll never go back"
"The pharmacy is terrible. I try to avoid them at all costs. But my usual pharmacy is not 24 hours, so I sometimes have to use Walgreens. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone for a question about a prescription. I was on hold for so long and got hung up on 4 times!!! Ridiculous customer service. If you don't have to use Walgreens as a pharmacy, DON'T."
