Walmart Supercenter

"Have group of employees standing around or following you around but never ask you if you need help doesn't greet you . You have to ask for help in the store . They watch you check out and then want to stop you for receipt check. One employee told me she was closed I went to another register and stood in line then she called the people over to check them out that was behind me .I ended up having to check out in customer service. Your service should be way better if you want to see my receipt. I usually offer my receipt just because I'm not trying to make your job harder. But if you never say welcome to Walmart but follow me around and I see groups of workers just standing around you do Not get to randomly stop me when you see me at the register checking out .while you let other people just go on be fair in the process."

"This is a great place to shop. The workers are nice, the area is usually clean, and the store is well stocked. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning in the future."

"Oh my God what can I say I sincerely hate Walmart Are you seriously I cannot stand to be in a Walmart . This one has got the old school layout. this one I love and don't quote me I would say that this one is actually cheaper than most of the other ones I've been to and it's in Edmond which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever but yeah this awesome Walmart gets a big high 5. For the limited amount of available stars I'm allowed to allocate otherwise I'd give it an 8 7. ;e'ause out of 10 S-hhh-hh it's still a Walmart. . Which is stupid cus however I don't like Walmart is love to work at this one Got my app in as we speak."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! Worst possible customer service I have EVER experienced. I had 9 things scheduled for delivery. It was “preparing” for an hour & a half then went straight to delayed. No options of going & picking it up until tomorrow. My husband is out of town working & needed this delivery before the morning. No one answered the phone after I got hung up on. They’re a joke!!"

"Customer Service department at this location is AWFUL. Especially the lady named Sharon who had a terrible attitude when I tried to return an item. She went out of her way to make it as difficult a process as possible for me. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. I will not shop at that location anymore, and feel sorry for all the people that have to deal with her in the future. If management has any kind of backbone they will deal with this particular associate"
